Paide linna Mündi ja Raudtee tänavate rekonstrueerimise tee-ehituskorralduse projekt

Autor koostas lõputöös Paide linna Mündi ja Raudtee tänavate rekonstrueerimise ehituskorraldus projekti. Aluseks on võetud Paide Linnavalitsuse ehitusnõuniku käest saadud projekt. Töös käsitleti kõiki suuremaid töid, arvutati välja tööks kuluv aeg ning ressursi vajadus. Töös on 6 suuremat peatükki, millest esimesed osad annavad ülevaate objekti hetke olukorrast ning projektlahendusest. Kolmandas osas kirjeldatakse tööetappe täpsemalt ja neljandas osas käsitletakse nõudeid. Viiendas peatükis on välja toodud mõlema tänava mahud. Kuuendas peatükis arvutatakse välja töödeks kuluv aeg ja ressursivajadus, milles lähtutakse erinevate mehhanismide või meeskondade jõudlusele. Koostatud kalendergraafik ning ressursside tabel annab kindlasti hea ülevaate, välja on toodud kõik suuremad tööd ning vajalik ressurss, kuid autor ei proovi sellega öelda, et on lõplik ja ainuke lahendus. Autor on lähtunud enda kogemustele ning erinevate ehitajate puhul võib ajagraafik olla teistsugune. Autor sai ära kasutada olemasolevaid teadmisi, kuid laiendas veel oma teadmiste pagasit ning tulevikus oskab aina täpsemaid kalendergraafikuid koostada. Töövõtja kohustus on veel koostada liikluskorraldus projekt ning sellest kinni pidada kuna antud lõigul on mitmeid ärisid ning liikluse sulgemine pole mõistlik.

The author compiled a Construction management project for the reconstruction of the Mündi and Raudtee streets in the city of Paide within the framework of this thesis. The construction project provided by the construction adviser of Paide Town Council served as the foundation for this thesis. The thesis deals with all of the larger works, calculated the time to be allocated for the whole construction process and the need of resources. The thesis consists of six larger chapters. The first chapters establish an overview of the current situation of the project and the project layout. The third chapter describes the stages of the work process in a more detailed manner and the fourth discusses requirements. The fifth chapter highlights the capacities of both streets. The sixth chapter calculates the time needed for the works and the need for resources deriving from the performances of different mechanisms or teams. The composed calendar schedule and the table of resources are sure to give a good overview of all the major work and the necessary resource, but the author does not propose that the current solution of this thesis is the only and right one. The author relies on personal experience and different contractors may need to set up a different schedule. The author was able to take advantage of the existing knowledge, but further expanded his knowledge baggage and in the future he can develop more detailed kalender charts. The contractor is obliged to draw up and maintain a traffic management project as there are several business lines in this section and it is not reasonable to close the traffic.
