Kokkuvõte

Käesolev diplomitöö käsitleb teemat: raudtee ja maante eritasandiline ristumine Ellamaa näitel. Aastal 2017 oli Eesti Vabariigi Valitsuse poolt vastu võetud programm finanseerida Riisipere – Haapsalu – Rohuküla raudtee taastamise töid. Riisipere – Haapsalu – Rohuküla raudtee ristub riigi põhimaanteega nr. 9 Ellamaa külas, Saue vallas Harjumaal. Kuna tegemist on suure maanteega, siis see maantee ei tohi ristuda raudteega ühel tasandil vaid riste peab olema eritasandiline. Töö eesmärgiks on välja selgitada, kuidas on ehituslikult ja majanduslikult otstarbekam ehitada, kas raudtee üle maantee või maantee üle raudtee. Autor kontakteerus erinevate raudtee-, maantee-e ja sillaehitusfirmadega ja uuris välja, millised hinnad on nendele töödele ja materjalidele, mis on vajalikud antud projektide ehitamiseks. Need ehitusfirmad, kellega autor kontakteerus olid Trev-2 Grupp AS, Leonhard Weiss RTE AS ja OÜ Kiirkandur. Töös teostatud analüüside ja arvutuste järeldus on, et raudtee viadukt on majanduslikult ja ehituslikult otstarbekam ehitada, kui maantee viadukt.


The topic of current thens is: The Multilevel Crossing of Railway and tlighway on Example of Ellamaa. The most important historical facts: The railway Haapsalu-Tallinn was founded in 1905. In 1995 the railway Haapsalu-Tallinn fell into disrepair, and due to this reason the passenger train traffic was stopped. In 1997 the railway Tallinn-Haapsalu was privatized. The freight train traffic on the private railway continued until 2004. In 2004 the railway Tallinn-Haapsalu was decommissioned as it was unserviceable. Only more than ten years later, in May 2017 the Estonian Government started the programme of financing the construction of the railway Riisipere-Turba; this railway section is the first stage of railway reconstruction in the direction of Riisipere-Haapsalu and then Rohuküla. From Turba to Haapsalu the railway is crossed by highway number 9. As this is a major highway, its crossing with the railway must be multi-leveled. The present thesis researches what kind of crossing is the most profitable to construct - the railway viaduct where the railway goes through the highway, or the highway viaduct where the highway goes through the railway. The approximate calculations for construction of both variants are also made in the present thesis. The author of the thesis requested the approximate costs of the following projects, as well as the costs of building materials from construction firms specializing in construction of asphalt highways, railways, bridges and viaducts. The approximate calculations based on these costs give the opportunity to compare the costs of both variants of transport interchange in Ellamaa. The author of the present thesis comes to a conclusion that the railway viaduct construction is more profitable than the highway viaduct construction.
