Võõrtööjõu vajaduse hindamine logistika sektoris

Lõputöö eesmärgiks on tuvastada teoreetiline vajadus logistika sektoris riigi välise tööjõu rakendamiseks. Selleks sai algselt uuritud kahte põhidokumenti, millega sätestatakse nõuded Eesti tööturul välismaalase jaoks. Selleks et aru saadad, kas on hetkel vajadust logistika sektorisse võõr-tööliste rakendamiseks sai analüüsitud hetkel sektoris rakendatud töötajate arvu ning vabade töökohtade arvu. Selleks, et mõista paremini, millistel põhjustel üldse otsitakse lisa tööjõudu väljast poolt Eestit sai küsitletud kahte ettevõtet. Üks neist ei rakenda võõrtöölisi teine aga küll. Veel sai analüüsitud, võttes arvesse Eestis sätestatud nõuet maksta sisse toodud tööjõule riikliku keskmist palka, kas siis on rahaliselt kasulik inimesi rakendada mujalt kui Eestist. Lõpp-konsensus tuvastas, et hetkel lisa töölisi väljast poolt Eestist rakendada ei tohiks vaja olla, vaid tööjõud tuleks leida siiski kohalikult tööturult.

The goal of this thesis paper is to find out the need for foreign workers in Estonian logistics sector. To get an idea about the different requirements, that apply to people wanting to work in Estonia, when not with out being its citizens, two different documents, issued by the government where studied. To get an understanding about the actual need for extra workers in the sector, the statistics for the amount of people, actually employed in the sector, and the number of free jobs available were analyzed. Also, to get an idea why even companies consider hiring worker from outside the country two different firms where questioned. An analysis of the required pay, that has been set by the government, to be issued to a foreign worker was done. That was to see, if it even is economical to find a employee from outside of the state. In conclusion it does not look like that companies in the logistics sector would have to find new workers from other countries. There is enough free, unemployed people to assort from.
