Töös on keskendatud paigalvalatavate konstruktsiooni rajamisele. Lõputöös on kasutatud Sweco Projekt AS koostatud tööprojekti ja Agabus Arhitektid OÜ arhitektuurset projekti. Lõputöö koosseisu kuulub seletuskiri, betoonitööde eelarve, betoonitööde üldine kalendergraafik, asendiplaan ja tehnoloogiakaardid. Seletuskirjas on välja toodud hoone arhitektuurilised ja konstruktiivsed lahendused. Tehnoloogiakaartides on lahendatud ära seinte, postide ja vahelagede ehitustööde organiseerimine. Välja on toodud betoonitööde tegemiseks vajalikud mehhanismid ja tööseadmed ning nende liikumine ja asetsemine ehitusplatsil. Betoonitööde haardealad ning betoonitööde tegemiseks vajalikud raketiseelemendid. Lisaks kuidas tagada tööohutus ehitusplatsil ja betoonitööde kvaliteedinõuded. Hoone eelarve koostamisel on kasutatud EKE Nora andmebaasi ja konsultandi abi ehitusmahtude põhjal tööde teostamiseks kuluva aja ja vajamineva tööjõu leidmiseks. Selle põhjal on saadud tööde kestvuseks 314 päeva. Lisaks on selle põhjal leitud betoonitööde maksumus, milleks saadi 4 279 808 €. Lõputöö koostamine antud teemal andis autorile võimaluse paremini mõista betoonitööde erinevaid tehnoloogilisi protsesse ja täiendada oma teadmisi.The aim of this thesis is the construction organization for cast in-situ concrete for Õpiku B building. The thesis focuses on cast-in-situ concrete construction and is based on Sweco Projekt AS structural designs and Agabus Arhitektid OÜ architectural designs. The thesis consists of an explanatory note, a construction cost estimate, a cast-in-situ concreting schedule, the layout of the construction site and process charts. The explanatory note sets out the architectural and construction solutions of the building. Process charts are used for organising the construction of walls, posts and ceilings. They also include the required mechanisms and machinery and how they move and are situated on the construction site; the concrete-pouring areas and formwork needed; and how to guarantee workers’ safety and the quality requirements of cast-in-situ concrete. The construction cost of the building was drawn up using the pricing database of EKE Nora. The total cost of the cast-in-situ concrete work thus determined was 4 279 808 €. With the help of EKE Nora and a consultant, the time required to perform the work and the manpower needed based on the volume of construction were determined. With a schedule drawn up accordingly, the construction work was calculated to last for 314 days. Compiling the thesis on this subject presented the author with an opportunity to better understand the technological processes involved in concreting work and to improve their knowledge of the subject.
