Peamine eesmärk on vähendada paberimajandust ning olla võimalikult loodussäästlik. Tehnoloogilises osas seletan mudelite ja materjalide valikut ning toon välja toodete õmblustehnoloogia. Organisatsiooniline osa, mis räägib mudeli tootmisprotsessist. Välja on toodud tehnoloogiline skeem ja tööjaotus ning näitan, mis õmblusmasinaid tootmises kasutatakse. Töökorralduslik osa, mis näitab üldist töökoha plaani ning kuidas käib töö korraldamine tsehhis.Men’s winter jacket called ANNINN product development with consumer’s questionnaire, product’s first specification and competitors analysis. With the help of the analysis, I created the final specification and product’s technical drawing. In quality management part, I propose ideas, mainly about applying PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) system to sewing company’s work process. This solution would tremendously reduce the amount of paper waste and make the production more economical. The main purpose in techological, organizational and working structure part of the thesis was to engineer production to the given product. In technological part I explain why I chose this product and these materials. Also, I show the jacket’s sewing technology. Organizational part is about the production process where is shown division of labor and also the technological scheme. In addition, I show the machines used in the production process. Working structure part shows the general plan of the work place in production.
