Lähtuvalt lõputöö eesmärgist käsitleti teoreetilises osas hankeprotsessi, selle läbiviimist, tarnijate ja tootjate eelvaliku kriteeriume ning hinnapäringu koostamise põhimõtteid. Ülevaade anti ka transpordi olemusest ja selle arvestamisest hankeprotsessis. Eesmärgi saavutamiseks tuginetakse töö teoreetilisele osale ja rakendatakse seda empiirilises osas. Töö autor tutvub brändi Helg tegevuse ja toodetega ning paika pannakse ettevõttepoolsed kriteeriumid tarnijatele. Juurdelõikuse ja õmblusteenuse ning DTG (direct-to-garment) printimisteenuse pakkujate leidmiseks kasutati Eesti Rõiva- ja Tekstiililiidu veebilehekülge kui ka Google otsingumootorit. Tuginedes ettevõtte kriteeriumitele koostati töö käigus hinnapäring potentsiaalsetele tarnijatele. Päring sisaldas brändi Helg lühitutvustust, tellimusmahtusid ning fotosid toodetest, millele hinnapäring suunatud. Tarnijatelt saadud hinnapakkumisi võrreldi omavahel ning vaadeldi nende vastavust eelnevalt paika pandud brändi Helg kriteeriumitega. Töö lõpus tehti järeldused ja ettepanekud brändile Helg võimalikest tarnijatest Eesti turul. Selgus, et brändi Helg kriteeriumitele vastab kõige paremini juurdelõikust ja õmblusteenust osutav ettevõte OÜ Liisbetiõmblus. Antud ettevõte pakub kõige soodsamat hinda väikeste tootmismahtude juures. Nende olemas olevad seadmed, tootmisajad ja maksetingimused vastavad brändi Helg soovidele ja kriteeriumitele. DTG (direct-to-garment) printimisteenuse pakkujatest selgus, et kõige soodsam on tellida OÜ Punane Ploom ettevõtte käest. Antud ettevõtte printimise kvaliteet, hinnatase ja asukoht tootmisettevõtte suhtes vastavad brändi Helg ootustele ja kriteeriumitele. Hinnapäringule vastati kiiresti ning kangale tehtud prooviprint jäi kvaliteetne ja detailirohke, andes brändile Helg kinnitust sobivast koostööpartnerist. Siiani on Helg omanik materjali, furnituuri ning valmistooteid ise transportinud tootmisettevõttesse ja lattu. Esialgu jääb transpordi korraldus samaks, kui aga koostöö tarnijaga sujub ning tellimusmahud suurenevad, soovitab töö autor kaaluda koostööd veoteenuse pakkujaga.The subject of the present thesis is the Sourcing Process To Search Suppliers Based On The Helg Brand. The aim of this thesis was to give the Helg brand an overview of possible providers of cutting and sewing services as well as DTG (direct-to-garment) printing services on the Estonian market. Based on the aim of the thesis, the theoretical part dealt with the procurement process, its implementation, pre-selection of criteria for suppliers and manufacturers and the principles of preparing a price enquiry. An overview was also given on the nature of transportation and its consideration in the procurement process. In order to achieve the goal, the work is based on the theoretical part and applied in the empirical part. The author of the thesis gets acquainted with the activities and products of the Helg brand, and the company’s criteria for the suppliers are set. The website of the Estonian Clothing and Textile Association as well as Google search engine were used to find cutting and sewing services as well as DTG (direct-to-garment) printing services. During the course of the work, a price enquiry based on the company’s criteria was compiled for potential suppliers. The enquiry included a brief introduction of the Helg brand, order volumes and photos of the products targeted by the price enquiry. Quotations received from suppliers were compared and their compliance with the previously established criteria of the Helg brand was examined. At the end of the thesis, conclusions and suggestions were made to the Helg brand about potential suppliers on the Estonian market. It appeared that OÜ Liisbetiõmblus, a company offering cutting and sewing services, is best suited for the criteria of the Helg brand. This company offers the best price for small production volumes. Their existing equipment, production times and payment terms are best suited to the wishes and criteria of the Helg brand. Of all the providers of DTG (direct-to-garment) printing services, it was revealed that it is most beneficial to order from OÜ Punane Ploom. The quality of printing, price level and location of the business with respect to the manufacturing company meet the expectations and criteria of the Helg brand.
