Projekti raames teostati kliendile büroopinna valgustusarvutused, kus lisaks lahendati valguspaigaldisele juhtimine läbi DALI-2 süsteemi. Büroopindadel projekteerimisel arvestati nägemisülesanneteks vajaliku valgustustasemega ja nägemismugavusega, ega tooks esile suuri räiguseid, vastavalt kehtivale sisetöökohtade standardile. Tähelepanu pöörati ka, et lahendus arvestaks töötajate ealisi eripärasid ja toetaks nende meeleolu. Tööruumides tuli valida valgustid, millel on madala räigusteguriga hajutid, milleks osutusid Lightnet-i poolt pakutavad Lens louvre hajutiga valgustid. Tööruumides lahendati laudadele vajalik miinimum 500 luksi kahe rippuva lineaarvalgustiga, ning avatud tööalades lahendati kõigest ühe lineaarvalgustiga, hämardades valgustid 75 ja 60 protsendile. Taustavalgus lahendati lakke ja siinidele paigaldatud kohtvalgustite abil, mis on hämardatud oma maksimum valgusvoost 50 protsendile. Koosolekuruumidesse valiti samasugused valgustid, kuid pikemad ja võimsamad, et valgustada ära kogu ruum väheste valgustite arvuga. Valgustite juhtimiseks valiti ruumipõhine DALI-2 süsteem. Töökohtade valgustustaset reguleerivad ruumides asetsevad kohalolekuandurid integreeritud valgussensoriga, või manuaalne sisse-välja lülitamine ja reguleerimine läbi impulsslülitite. Päevavalguse mõju arvutamisel võeti arvesse valgustuse automaatset juhtimist DALI-2 süsteemi ja kohalolekuandurite kaudu. Arvutusse valiti üheaegsustegur 0,7 ja eeldati 10- tunniseid tööpäevi viiel päeval nädalas. Tulemusena selgus, et juhtides valgusteid läbi DALI- 2 süsteemi ja andurite, on elektritarbimise aastane sääst 45 protsenti ja rahaline sääst 43 protsenti. Selle tulemusena on näha, kui otstarbekas ja tulus on kogu valgustuspaigaldise juhtimine vastavalt päevavalgusele reaalselt kogu valgustusprojektile.The aim of this thesis, „Office lighting solution,“ was to calculate the electricity consumption of an office building on the Viru Ring Road in Tallinn, taking into account the effects of daylighting. During the renovation period, a basic lighting design was carried out for the seventh floor office area, which included a complete lighting solution with luminaire control via DALI-2 protocol. A key priority for the project was to comply with the EVS-12464-1 standard for indoor workplace lighting, which is particularly important for office spaces where employees spend a large part of the day at their computers. Proper compliance with the standard will help to prevent excessive eye fatigue and long-term visual damage. The lighting solution has been carefully designed to take into account both the lighting levels required for the visual tasks and the visual comfort of the workers to ensure an optimal working environment. Lightnet luminaires were chosen, in particular their Lens louvre linear luminaires, which have a low glare factor and a wide beam width, making them well suited to the workplace. A minimum luminous flux of 500 lux was ensured at the desks in the workspaces with two suspended linear luminaires and one linear luminaire in the open work areas. Background lighting was provided in these spaces by spotlights. A room-based DALI-2 system was chosen to control the luminaires. Task lighting is controlled by occupancy sensors in the rooms with built-in light sensors, or by manual on/off switching and control via pulse switches. The calculation of the daylight impact took into account the automatic control of lighting via the DALI-2 system and presence sensors. A simultaneity factor of 0,7 was chosen and 10-hour working days, five days a week, were assumed. As a result of the analysis, it was found that the control of the lighting by means of the DALI- 2 system and the presence detectors led to significant electricity savings. Annual electricity savings were 45 percent and financial savings 43 percent, confirming the economic and environmental cost-effectiveness of daylight-responsive lighting control.
