Vastavalt seatud eesmärgile esitas autor äriplaani näol konkreetsed sammud autoremonditöökoja loomiseks. Lõputöö kirjutamise käigus olid lahendatud järgnevad ülesanded:  läbivaadatud teoreetilised lähenemised äriplaneerimise mõistele ja sisule; detailselt tutvunud Eestis kehtiva seadusandlusega, ilma milleta ettevõtte loomine ja funktsioneerimine pole võimalik;  autor on esitanud autoremonditöökoja loomise äriplaani. Uuringu objektiks on äriplaneerimine, mis hõlmab nii seadusandliku iseloomuga küsimusi, kui ka planeerimise tehnilis-majanduslikke ja finantsilisi aspekte. Uuringu keskmes on otseselt ettevõtlusega tegeleva ettevõtte loomisega seotud tegevused. Võttes arvesse lõputöö teema rakenduslikku iseloomu, pole autori poolt hüpoteesi seatud. Esimeses peatükis oli üsna detailselt läbivaadatud õiguslik alus ja Eestis erinevat õiguslik- korralduslikku vormi ettevõtete korraldamise põhietapid. Palju tähelepanu oli pööratud töö- ja maksuõiguse aluste kajastamisele, mille teadmiseta äri edukas alustamine poleks võimalik. Teises peatükis on kirja pandud äriplaneerimise teoreetilised ja metoodilised alused, mille teadmiseta pole autoremonditöökoja loomine keeruline, vaid pigem võimatu. Kajastatud on loodava ettevõtte ärimudeli, äri makro- ja mikrokeskkonna analüüsi, finantsplaneerimise, finantseerimisallikate otsingu ja riskianalüüsiga seotud küsimused. Teoreetilisele peatükile annab praktilise tähtsuse olemasolev äriplaani struktuur, mida nõuavad pangad ja Eestis tegutsevad ettevõtluse toetusfondid. Kolmas peatükk kujutab endast äriplaani, mida võib mõningase täiendamise järel kasutada EAS-i või muusse finantseerimissihtasutusse starditoetuse taotlemiseks pöördumiseks. Uuringu teoreetilise ja metoodilise alusena on kasutatud loodava ettevõtte strateegilise positsiooni diagnostika meetodeid, nimelt SWOT-analüüsi, aga ka selliseid üldteaduslikke meetodeid nagu vaatlus, analüüs, süntees. Autor on lõputöö kirjutamisse andnud suure isikliku panue. Esiteks olid põhjalikult uuritud äri-, töö- ja maksuõigus ning hiljemalt kajastatud uue ettevõtte korraldamiseks vajalikus mahus. Teiseks on tema poolt välja töötatud loodava autoremonditöökoja ärimudel ning pakutud äriplaneerimise algoritm, mis vastab nende organisatsioonide nõuetele, mis saavad ettevõtlustegevuse alustamist finantseerida. Kolmandaks on autori poolt koostatud täisväärtuslik autoremonditöökoja loomise äriplaan. Kõik lõputöö raamidesse mahtuvad äriplaani osad on esitatud äriplaanis. Määratud sai stardikapitali suurus ja märgitud selle finantseerimisallikad. Olid koostatud lähima aasta finantsprognoosid. Nendele prognoosidele lisab väärtust peale reaalse aluse ka see, et prognooside järgi oli kindlaks tehtud ärimaksevõime, majanduslik jätkusuutlikkus ja rentaablus. Oma lõputöö kirjutamise protsessis on autor veendunud, et ettevõtlustegevuse motiiviks on eelkõige ettevõtlustulu saamine, mis edasi läheb tegevuse arendamiseks ja enese rikastamiseks. Samaaegselt on ettevõtja kohustatud tegevust korraldama vastavuses kehtiva seadusandlusega ja tema poolt sõlmitud lepingutega ning kandma seaduse silmis vastutust sõlmitud lepingute ebapiisava täitmise, keskkonna saastamise, monopolivastase seadusandluse rikkumise, tööohutuse tingimuste mittejärgimise, tarbijatele tervisekahju põhjustava toodangu realiseerimise eest. Jättes kõik tema poolt lõputöös tehtu dubleerimata, nendib autor, et ülesanded saab lahendada ja seatud eesmärk saavutada. Kokkuvõttes tänab autor veel kord proua Mari Suurväli lõputöö juhendamise käigus autorile antud vajalike ja õigete nõuannete eest.The topic of the following thesis is Starting an Automobile Repair Workshop as a Small Business. The thesis consists of an introduction, three main chapters, a conclusion, a list of used sources кол- во источников and eight annexes to the thesis that allowed to more fully cover the topic and confirm the reliability of the information contained in the thesis. The thesis comprises 51 pages as well as 7 tables and 5 figures. The first criterion for choosing the topic of the thesis was its relevance, since small businesses contribute to solving such important national problems as the formation of competitive, civilised market relations that help better meet the needs of the population and the society in general, expand the range and improve the quality of products and services. Hence, small businesses are vital for the economy. Secondly, when planning a business, a novice entrepreneur acquires knowledge, experience, and professionalism to help them adequately assess their actions, allow them to identify problems in advance, ignoring which can lead to the perishing of a newly formed enterprise. Hence, the entrepreneur should be able to plan their business. The object of the study comprises the field of business planning, including its legislative issues, technical and economic as well as financial aspects. The subject of the study comprises actions related to starting an enterprise that will directly engage in entrepreneurial activities. The thesis aims at presenting – in the form of a business plan – the steps the entrepreneur has to take starting an automobile repair workshop. To achieve the aim, the author identified and successfully solved the following issues:  The provisions of the commercial, tax, and labour legislation currently in force in Estonia were thoroughly examined. Ignoring the provisions, the entrepreneur cannot manage business either in the initial stage of starting an enterprise or in the later stages of business development;  Theoretical approaches to the concept and essence of business planning were considered and studied;  A business plan was drawn up to realise the business idea – starting an automobile workshop – in accordance with the recommendations given by the EAS (Enterprise Estonia) entrepreneurship consultants for start-up entrepreneurs who intend to apply to the target institution for a start-up allowance. The theoretical and methodological basis of the study is formed by the methods of diagnosing the strategic position of the enterprise being established, namely SWOT analysis as well as general scientific methods, such as observation, analysis, synthesis. The author made a great personal contribution to the writing of the thesis. Firstly, commercial, labour, and tax legislation was thoroughly studied and consistently set out in the volume necessary for setting up the new enterprise. Secondly, the author developed a business model for the automobile repair workshop and proposed a business planning algorithm that meets the requirements of the organisations that could finance the business. Thirdly, the author drafted a full-scale business plan for the organisation of the automobile repair shop. As far as the scope of the thesis allowed it, all sections of the business plan are comprehensively covered. The size of the starting capital was determined, and the financing sources were indicated. Financial forecasts were made for the next three years. The value of these forecasts is not only in the fact that they are made on a realistic basis, but also that the solvency, financial stability, and profitability of the business were determined at once. In the process of writing the thesis, the author was convinced that the driving motive of entrepreneurial activity is entrepreneurial income, which is crucial for the development of the business activity and self-enrichment.
