Teostatud majanduslikest arvutustest kujunes ülekandesüsteemi omahinnaks 7870,45 €.The aim of the thesis was to design a transmission system for the Team ERE competition vehicle. The transmission system had to comply with the rules of the competition series, have a low weight, the possibility of free rolling system and match the characteristics of the engine in the best way. In addition, the designed transmission system had to eliminate the shortcomings of the previous transmission and be adjustable. Next, the power and fuel efficiency parameters of the Honda GX35 engine were studied. In addition, the length, time limit and relief of the different competition tracks were studied to find a suitable transmission ratio. After calculating the initial gear ratio, control calculations were performed to check whether the car can drive in extreme track conditions with the selected gear ratio. After calculating the initial transmission ratio, different transmission types were compared, where chain transmission was selected. In the next step, different chains were compared, where a DIN 04B-1 type chain was selected, which successfully passed the control calculations. Depending on the choice of chain, the final gear ratio was calculated to be 1:15,82. In the fourth chapter, an initial model of the transmission system was created, which was then modified. The details were modified and strength analyzes and calculations were performed on the most critical assemblies to get an overview of which details need to be redesigned or which details mass can be optimized. The selected materials were EN AW-7075 T6 and EN AW-6060 aluminium alloys. As one of the main goals was to reduce the weight of the transmission system, a summary table was compiled, which summarized the weight of all the components used in the assembly. It was found that the total weight of the designed transmission system is 1946.39 g, which is 2683.61 g less than the total weight of the previous transmission system. From the economic calculations made, the cost price of the transmission system summed up to 7870,45 €.Mechanical Engineering--Product DevelopmentMehaanika--TootearendusMasinaehitusMechanical EngineeringTeam Eco Race Estonia võistlussõiduki ülekandesüsteemi projekteerimineThe Design of Team Eco Race Estonia Competition Vehicle Transmission Systemthesis
