Õige, AlarVildersen, Risto2021-03-172017https://dspace.tktk.ee/handle/20.500.12863/1630Kaitseväe soomustöökoja planeerimine remondiks ja hoolduseks valis autor selleks, et ta hakkab ehitatavas töökojas ise tööle. Kuna töökoja ehitamine pole veel alanud, on võimalik vajadusel viia sisse töökoja projektis muudatusi mida käsitleb antud töö. Töö käsitleb üldist kaitseväe remondi tasemeid, soomustehnika hooldustegevusi ning kolme raskuspunkti loodavas töökojas. Suuremad probleemid projektis on heitgaaside ärastusseadmete ebapiisav võimsus. Projekti järgi on märgitud võimsuseks 245l/s, kuid minimaalne vajadus on 450l/s millega suudetakse ühel töökohal heitgaase viia mootori käimise ajal viia väliskeskkonda. Sellega seonduvalt ei ole mõeldud power pack (annan selle sulle selle nimetuse ette, kuna see on antud kontekstis kõige õigem sõna :P) hoolduseks ja proovikäivitamiseks eraldi loodud ruumi. Hoolduse käigus on vaja power pack käivitada ning lasta töötada töösoojaks, samuti vigade probleemide tuvastamiseks. Tehes seda töökojas, on sellel ajal töökojas töö tegemine häiritud, kuna müra sellel ajal on töökojas üle 91,7dB. Viimane teema mis on käsitletav antud töös, on sildkraanade paiknemine töökojas. Hetkel asuvad erineva tõstevõimega sildkraanad kõrvuti, kuid töökojas on vajadus et mõlemad sildkraanad asetseksid üle kõigi töökohtade. Töös käsitletud probleemid on edastatud juhtkonnale, ning on tehtud projektis mõningased muudatused.The topic „Planning a workshop for repairs and maintenance of armored equipment to the Defence Forces” was chosen by the author because, he will work under the construction himself. As the construction of the workshop has not yet begun, it is possible, if necessery to introduce some changes in the project, which is the aim of this thesis. This work concerns overall repair levels of the Defence Forces and the maintenance of armored equipment as well as the three priorities in the upcoming construction. The biggest problems of the project is insufficient capability of exhaust muffler. According to the project indicated power is 245l/s, but the minimum what is needed is 450l/s, to be able to carry out exhaust fumes to the outdoor environment while the engine is running. In this context it is not intended for the power pack to have a separate maitenance and trial start up space. By doing this in the workshop, the work itself is disturbed by the noise which at the time is over 91,7dB. The final issue what is considered in this paper, is the location of overhead cranes in the workshop. Currently there are different lifting capacity overhead cranes located side by side, but there is a need that both cranes should be positioned over the workplace.
