Kuusk, MargitTüür, Tea2021-03-172021-03-172014https://dspace.tktk.ee/handle/20.500.12863/902Käesoleva diplomitöö käigus on kavandatud kohvikule Rannapaargu töörõivad, mis sobivad nii igapäevaseks kandmiseks kui ka pidulikumaks puhuks. Kavandati viis mudelit – seelik “Merit”, püksid “Katrin”, pluus “Merilin, vest “Herta ja põll “Anett”. Mudelitest valmisid tehnilised kirjeldused, tehnilised joonised ja moejoonised. Lähemalt keskenduti kolmele mudelile – pluus, vest ja põll, mille jaoks leiti sobivad põhi- ja abimaterjalid; konstrueeriti baas- ja moekohased lõiked; arendati välja tehnoloogiad; arvestati materjalide kulu; koostati tehniline dokumentatsioon ning leiti toodete müügihind. Kvaliteetsed ja vastupidavad tööriide materjalid said valitud tänu Tallinna Tehnikakõrgkooli tekstiililabori võimalustele. Kokku testiti seitset kangast, millest viis osutusid sobivateks. Mudelitele “Merilin” ja “Anett” valiti tööriiete kangad, mille kiuline koostis on 65% polüester, 35% puuvill. Valitud kangad on toimse sidusega, värvipüsivad ja hõõrdekindlad. Mudelile “Herta” valiti samuti toimse sidusega kangas, mille kiuline koostis on 65% polüester, 33% viskoos ja 2% elastaan. Mudelile valiti ka antistaatilise töötlustega 100% polüesterkiust vooder. Mudelite “Herta ja “Anett” õmblemisel kasutatakse ka teist põhimaterjali – 100% polüesterkiust satiini. Eelnevalt nimetatud kolmele mudelile konstrueeriti põhilõiked suurusele 38, kasvule 164, ühtse süsteemi järgi, kasutades GOSTi mõõtude tabelit. Põhilõigetest tuletati moekohased lõiked. Viidi läbi maketiproovid, mille käigus moekohaseid lõikeid parandati ja täiendati. Valminud lõigetest moodustati lekaalid ning koostati tehniline paljundus suurustele 34-44, kasvudele 164 ja 170. Tehnoloogia valikul peeti silmas peamiselt valitud õmblusmaterjalide omadusi ja iseärasusi. Töös käsitletavad kolm mudelit on ajatud töörõivad, mis peaksid olema vastupidavad ja kvaliteetselt töödeldud. Tehnoloogia valikut kirjeldatakse läbilõikejooniste abil. Oluline on ka mudelite töötlemise aeg, mis mudeli “Merilin” puhul on 0,44 h, mudeli “Herta” puhul 0,57 h ja mudeli “Anett” puhul 0,2 h. Mudelite õmblemiseks vajalikele kangastele koostati paigutusjoonised, et oleks võimalik arvestada keskmist kangakulu ühe toote õmblemiseks. Samuti arvestati välja niidikulu, mõõtes ära toodete õmblusjoonte pikkused ning korrutades need piste tüübile ja õmblusmasinale vastava koefitsendiga. Mudelitele koostati tehniline dokumentatsioon, mis koosneb tootekaartidest, tellimuse suurusest ja valmistoodete mõõtude tabelitest. Kokku soovis kohvik saada 27 pluusi, 13 vesti ja 13 põlle. Valmistoodete mõõtude tabelid varustati mõõtmiskohtade kirjelduste ja skeemidega, et mõõtmine oleks lihtne ja ühtsesti arusaadav. Majandusosas kirjeldati lühidalt tootva ettevõtte juhtimisstruktuuri ning leiti toodete ja tellimuse hind. Mudeleid valmistab 7 õmblejat. Mudeli “Merilin” müügihind ilma käibemaksuta on 12,75 €, mudeli “Herta” 16,69 € ning mudeli “Anett” 6,10 €. Kogu tellimuse maksumuseks ilma käibemaksuta on 640,65 €. Diplomitööle on lisatud fotod kohvik Rannapaargu inter- ja eksterjöörist ning mudelite tootmiseks vajalike kangaste üksik- ja kombineeritud paigutused mõõtkavas 1:10. Lõputöö “Kohvik Rannapaargu klienditeenindajatele rõivastuse välja töötamine” on valminud koostöös tehnoloogia eriala diplomandi Kaisa Raskaga, kelle lõputöö “Kohviku klienditeenindajate vormiriiete tehnoloogilise protsessi korraldamine”, kujutab kolme mudeli – “Merilin”, “Herta” ja “Anett” – tehnoloogia välja arendamist, õmblusmaterjalide testimist, tootmise organiseerimist ja kulu normeerimist.The objective of this thesis was to develop aesthetic and presentable workwear for the waiters of café Rannapaargu. The models were designed considering the wishes of the manager of the café and the possibilities of the manufacturer. The thesis roughly consists of five parts – designing the models; the construction of patterns and the development of technology; standardization of fabrics and other sewing materials; generating technical documentation and calculating the end customer price for the models and the order. For the designs, the manager of the café requested a classic and feminine color combination of black and red, which would suit the interior. The designed models had to be functional, comfortable and durable. Therefore, it was immensely important to find the right fabrics, which would withstand frequent wear and washing. Five models were designed – a skirt “Merit”, pants “Katrin”, a blouse “Merilin”, a vest “Herta” and an apron “Anett”. The thesis focused on the development of construction and technology for three models – the blouse, the vest and the apron. The constructed patterns needed to be well sitting and allowing movement. The patterns needed to fit to a variety of different body types and sizes. The base size for the construction was 38. The size range for the models was 34-44, whereas the size range for the apron was simplified to two sizes – 34-38 and 40-44. In addition to the size range, a small range of heights was developed. The height range was 164-170. Durable high-quality materials were chosen for the models, thanks to the textile laboratory of Tallinn University of Applied Sciences. From the tested seven fabrics, five proved suitable. Workwear fabrics with the composition of 65% polyester and 35% cotton were chosen for the models “Merilin” and “Anett”. The basic fabric for the formal vest “Herta” consisted of 65% polyester, 33% viscose and 2% elastane. The lining consisted of 100% polyester. For the models “Herta” and “Anett” an additional satin fabric was required, with the composition of 100% polyester. The technology for the models was developed, considering the texture and other properties of the fabrics. The chosen technology for the classic models was required to be durable and high quality. The technology was visualized by cross-section figures. Lay planning was needed in order to calculate the consumption of fabrics. Thread consumption was calculated by measuring the seam lengths and multiplying them by a coefficient inherent to the stitch type and sewing machine. A technical documentation of product cards and size charts were composed. Product cards give needed information about the manufacturer, the customer, the models and the fabrics, and other requisite materials. In total, the café placed an order for 27 blouses, 13 vests and 13 aprons. Size charts were equipped with diagrams of the measuring locations to simplify the measuring and make the measuring locations uniformly understood. The economical chapter briefly describes the management structure of the manufacturer. The sale price of the models separately and the end customer price of the order was calculated. The end customer price of the model “Merilin” is 12,75 €, model “Herta” 16,69 € and model “Anett” 6,10 € (VAT not included). The end customer price of the whole order was 640,65 € (VAT not included).
