Töö käigus keskendutakse Eesti presidentide tutvustamisele ja nende mälestamise jäädvustamisele, et ka tulevased põlved saaksid tutvuda nende tööga ning mõista presidentide olulisust ja rolli Eesti ühiskonnas. Projekti eesmärgiks on Pakri poolsaare kultuuriloo täiendamine ja sidumine eestlaste maailmaga, luues uue rahvussümboli. Lisaks soov suurendada Pakri poolsaare tuntust, mis tooks juurde rohkem külastajaid nii Eestist kui mujalt maailmast. Tähtsal kohal planeeritaval alal on teekond, mis kulgeb mööda pikka olemasolevat metsasihti idast läände, ühendades Pakri poolsaared omavahel. Teekonnal ehk ajateljel saab tutvuda presidentide elulugudega ning tähtsamate Eesti sündmustega. Ajatelg lõppeb tänapäevaga, millele järgneb murrang. Murrangu juures paikneb Eesti presidentide muuseum, mis asub projekteeritava teekonna all. Hoone on justkui osa teekonnast, mis on peidetud. Muuseumis saab tutvuda riigi presidentidega, vaadata galerii saale ning viibida konverentsi saalis toimuvatel üritustel. Liikudes teekonnal edasi, jõuab teisele poole Pakri poolsaart, kus asub klaasist kohvik koos vaateplatvormiga. Klindijärsakust väljaulatuv hoone pakub imelist vaadet merele ning paekivi klindile. Lõputöö koostamise käigus on inspiratsiooni saadud kohalikust paekivist, mida kasutatakse kergliiklusteedel, andes juurde koha iseloomu. Poolsaare põhja, ida ja läänepoolses tipus on loodud väljaulatuvad vaateplatvormid, et külastajad saaksid veelgi lähemale kohalikule klindiastangule.The subject of this work is the memorial for the presidents of Estonia at Pakri peninsula. The memorial is an innovative housing idea which focuses on introducing and commemorating the work and importance of the presidents of the republic of Estonia. The main goal of this project is to enrich the cultural value of Pakri peninsula and bind it to the national heritage of Estonia by creating a new national symbol. The additional goal is to increase the notoriety of Pakri peninsula so it would get more visitors from Estonia and beyond. An important element of this project is the planned road from east to west that will connect both sides of the Pakri peninsula. On this road you can learn about the biographies of the Estonian presidents and also some of the most important events in the Estonian history. At the end of this road you'll find a passage that takes you underground to the museum of the presidents of Estonia. The museum is in a way part of the road as it's located underneath it. In the museum you can learn more about the presidents of Estonia, look at an amazing gallery and attend the events in the conference hall. Continuing your walk on the road you will reach the other side of the Pakri peninsula where you'll find a glass cafe with an observation platform. The observation platform on the edge of the slate rock cliff offers an amazing view of the sea and the slate rock cliff. Additional inspiration for creating this graduation project has come from the slate rock used for building local roads that gives the Pakri peninsula it's character.
