Planeeritud hoone asub Viljandi kesklinnas. Pakutav lahendus võtab arvesse asukohta ja ümbrust. Projekteeritud hooned jälgivad tänavajoont ja mahtu. Lahendusena on esitatud suur hoonetekompleks, mis koosneb kahest ühekordsest mahust, kahest neljakordsest mahust ja ühest seitsmekordsest mahust ning neid ühendavast kohvikust ja fuajeest. Tartu ja Tallinna tänavapoolne esimese korruse tasand on elanikele igapäevaselt kasutatavad. Lahendus annab Viljandile uue kolledži, inimestele juurde vabaajaveetmise võimalusi ja kujudab Viljandi kesklinna uue näo.The diploma thesis proposes a draft level design for Viljandi IT-College and bus station. The designed building is located in the centre of Viljandi. The proposed solution takes into account the locatio and the surroundings. The proposed buildings are designed according to the street line and volumes. For solution it is submitted building complex which consist of two two-storey volumes, two four-storey volumes and one seven-storey volume. They are connected via cafe and lobby. Tartu and Tallinn street side first-storey level is for the everyday use.
