Busland Service OÜ on Eesti üks suurimaid ettevõtteid, mis pakub busside mult brändidele remonti ja hooldust, samuti ka teostab keretöid. Lõputöö eesmärk oli välja tuua ettevõtte puudused, mis takistavad tehnikute töö tegemist ning sinna kõrvale tegi autor ettepanekuid, kuidas antud probleeme lahendada ning kui suured kulutused ettevõtte antud parenduste tegemiseks tegema peab. Antud paranduste tegemise üheks peamiseks eesmärgiks on töötajate ohutuse tõstmine, kuna uuemad seadmed, renoveeritud töökoda ning täiendavad koolitused, aitavad tõsta töötajate teadlikust ning välistada ohte töökojas. Üheks suurimaks puuduseks tõi autor oma lõputöös välja Busland Service OÜ töökoja seadmete puudumine. Antud seadmete olemasolu aitaks tõsta efektiivust ning kiirendada tehnikute tööd. Autor tõi omaltpoolt välja, et mõistlik oleks luua 5S süsteem tööriistade hoiustamiseks ning antud süsteemi loomine läheks ettevõttele maksma 910 eurot. Teiseks on autori hinnangul ettevõtte suureks puuduseks kanalite olukord ning sinna alla kuulub ka amortiseerunud tungrauad. Töö autor tegi kokkuvõtte tungraudade ja tehnovedelike kraanide väljavahetamise kohta. Antud kulu ettevõttele oleks 15 837.97 eurot. Käesolevas uurimistöös leidis töö autor, et töötajate efektiivsuse tõstmiseks oleks oluline tehnikute täiendkoolitamine margipõhiste koolitustega. Töö autori hinnangul on oluline, et iga tehnik saaks osaleda igas aastal vähemalt ühel kahepäevase koolituse. Nagu eelnevalt sai välja toodud, siis kõige rohkem busse bussipargis on Scania mudeleid ja antud mudelid on ka ettevõtte tulu jaoks kõige olulisemad. Seega leiab töö autor, et Scania koolitused on just need, mille peaks iga tehnik igal aastal uuesti läbima, et olla uuendustega kursis. Antud lõputöös välja toodud muudatus ettepanekute maksumus ettevõtte jaoks on umbkaudselt 33723,77 eurot. Sellele lisanduvad koolituskulud, see sõltub koolituste valikust ning muudatuste sisseviimine, kui selleks on vaja kaasata ehitajat. Koolituskulud sõltuvad suuresti ettevõtte ja margi omavahelistest lepingutest ning läbirääkimistest. Tänaseks päevaks on Busland Service OÜ juba teinud palju muudatusi töökoja efektiivsuse tõstmiseks. Ettevõte on alustamas tungraudade väljavahetamist ja kanalite renoveerimist. Samuti on juba korda tehtud töötajate olmeruumid ning pidevalt täiendatakse tööriistade hulka. Personali koolitamisel pööratakse samuti suurt tähelepanu. Tuleviku suunates võiks ettevõte pöörata veel suuremat tähelepanu personali pidevale arengule, töö kvaliteedi tõstmisele ja hoidmisele. Arvestades ettevõtte kasumit, leiab töö autor, et antud investeeringute tegemine töökotta oleks igati mõistlik. Kõik väljatoodud muudatused tõstaksid töökoja ja tehnikute tööefektiivsust.The purpose of this research was to examine the changes required to improve the efficiency of the Busland Service OÜ workshop. Busland Service OÜ is one of the largest companies in Estonia that offers repair and maintenance services for multi-brand buses, as well as bodywork services. The aim of the thesis was to identify the company's shortcomings that hinder technicians' work and to propose solutions to these problems, alongside an estimation of the costs the company would need to invest in these improvements. One of the main goals of these improvements is to enhance employee safety, as newer equipment, a renovated workshop, and additional training would raise employee awareness and reduce risks in the workshop. One of the major shortcomings highlighted by the author was the lack of equipment in the Busland Service OÜ workshop. The availability of such equipment would improve efficiency and speed up the work of technicians. The author proposed implementing a 5S system for tool storage, estimating that the cost of establishing such a system would be 910€. Secondly, the author identified the condition of the repair channels, including the worn-out jacks, as a significant issue. The author proposed replacing the jacks and the technical fluid faucets, which would cost the company 15 837.97€. In this research, the author also found that improving employee efficiency would require additional brand-specific training for technicians. According to the author, it is important that every technician participates in at least one two-day training session each year. As previously mentioned, Scania buses make up the largest share of the fleet, and these models are the most important for the company's revenue. Therefore, the author recommends that Scania-specific training should be prioritized for technicians to stay updated with the latest developments. The total cost of the proposed changes outlined in this thesis is approximately 33 723.77€. Additional training costs would depend on the choice of training, and the cost of implementing changes could increase if builders or contractors are required. Training costs largely depend on the agreements and negotiations between the company and the brand. To date, Busland Service OÜ has already made significant changes to improve workshop efficiency. The company has begun replacing jacks and renovating the repair channels. In addition, the employee break rooms have been refurbished, and the range of tools is being continuously expanded. Considerable attention is also being paid to staff training. Going forward, the company could focus even more on continuous employee development, improving work quality, and maintaining high standards. Considering the company’s profitability, the author concludes that investing in the workshop improvements would be entirely reasonable.
