Kortermaja ehituse organiseerimisel on töö autor kasutanud OÜ Urmas Muru poolt koostatud eel- ja põhiprojekti. Ehituseelarve koostamisel on töö autor kasutanud AS YIT Eesti spetsialistide abi ja TALO põhist kululiigitust. Kortermaja ehitusel on koostatud kaks tehnoloogiakaarti, 10. peatükis on hoone katuse ehitus ja 11. peatükis on tüüpkorruse ehitus. Kortermaja ehitusel töötas 62 töömeest. Kortermaja ehituse algus kalendergraafiku alusel on 02.10.2017 aastal ja lõppeb 18.10.2018 aastal. Ehituse kestuseks kalendergraafiku alusel kujunes 275 päeva. Kortermaja maksumuseks kujunes 2 997 608 eurot ja organiseerimis maksumuseks on 259981 eurot mis moodustab otsekuludest 8,7 %. Organiseerimiskulusid on võimalik vähendada, kui ehitada korraga kõik kolm kortermaja.The task of the final thesis was Organizing the Construction of the Apartment Building at Liikuri Street 7. The apartment building has eight storeys. The author of the paper used the preliminary and main project drawn up by OÜ Urmas Muru when organizing the construction of the building. The construction budget was prepared with the help of specialists from AS YIT Eesti, and TALO budget strategy. The construction of the apartment building involved two technology maps, chapter 10 contains the construction of the building’s roof and chapter 11 contains the construction of a typical storey. 62 workers were involved in the construction. The start of the construction process of the building according to the schedule is on 2 October 2017 and the end is on 18 October 2018. The duration of the construction works according to the schedule is 275 days. The cost of the apartment building was 2,997,608 euros and organizing costs are 259,981 euros, forming 8.7% of direct expenses.
