Seletuskirjas on antud rajatava hoone arhitektuurse ja konstruktsioonilise lahendi kohta põhjalik ülevaade ning koostatud on ehitustööde lühike kirjeldus. Ehitusplatsi üldplaani koostamisel on välja toodud planeeritav soojakute paiknemine, tõstemehhanismide paiknemine, ajutised teed ja platsid, objekti ressurssidega varustamine ning materjalide ladustamisala. Lisaks on tehtud peamised ressursside arvutused. Määratud on ehitusaegne veevajadus, elektri vajadus, inimressursi ning ehitusel kasutatavate mehhanismide vajadus. Lõputöö majandusosas on koostatud ehitustööde mahutabel koos tööde maksumustega ning määratud töölisbrigaadide koosseisud ja tööde kestvused. Tabeli alusel on koostatud kalendergraafik tööjõu vajadustega. Kõnealuseid tööprotsesse on detailselt kirjeldatud ning loetletud on tööde kvaliteedinõuded. Mahukama osana on lõputöö raames autor koostatud tehnoloogiakaardid, mis käsitlevad õõnespaneelide paigaldust ja I korruse põranda betoneerimistöid. Tehnoloogiakaardid koosnevad kirjalikust ja graafilisest osast, mis üksteist täiendavad. Kirjalikus osas on toodud lõputöös välja materjalide eripärad, tehnoloogilised võtted, töödele esitatavad nõuded ja spetsiifilised eripärad. Kalendergraafik ja ehituseelarve on käesolevas töös lahendatud teadmisel, et esialgu on tellitud vaid ühe galeriimaja ehitus. Kuna kõik kolm galeriimaja on arhitektuurselt ja konstruktsioonilt sarnased, siis järgmiste majade ehitusprotsessid toimuvad analoogselt käesolevas töös esitatud andmetele ning ehitustööd toimuvad vastavalt vooltootmise põhimõtetele. Käesoleva lõputöö koostamine oli autori jaoks täies ulatuses akadeemiline ning autor ei ole vaadeldava ehitusobjektiga muul viisil seotud. Lõputöö koostamine andis autorile uusi teoreetilisi teadmisi ning aitas mõista ehituse organiseerimise projekti koostamise tegelikku vajadust.This thesis solves the organisation and technology of building three gallery houses. The explanatory note gives a detailed overview of the building’s architectural and constructional solution, a short description of the construction works has been added. While compiling the overall plan of the construction site, the planned locations of the modules, the locations of the lifting mechanisms, temporary roads and sites, the supply of the object with resources and the storage area of materials, have all been outlined. In addition, the calculation for the main resources being used, has also been made. The water, electricity and human resource requirements together with the need for mechanisms being used during the construction process have all been designated. In the economic part of the thesis, a volume chart for the construction works together with their cost and the composition of the workers brigades and the duration of the works has been composed. Based on the chart a calendar schedule with the demand of labour has been drawn up. The mentioned work processes have been described in detail and the quality requirements for the works has been listed. The more extensive part of the thesis are the technology maps created by the author, which concern the installation of hollow core intermediate ceilings and the concrete works of the ground floor’s floor. The technology maps are composed of a written and a graphic part, which complement each other. In the written part of the thesis, the peculiarities of the materials, technological methods, the requirements for the works and specialities are presented. The calendar schedule and the budget for the construction are determined based on the assumption of only one gallery house being constructed immediately. As all three gallery houses are architecturally and constructionally similar, then the construction of other houses is analogous to the construction process described in this thesis. The construction works take place according to the principles of volume production. The compilation of this thesis was purely academic for the author and the author is in no other way associated with the given building site.
