    The following thesis Analysis of Document Management and Archiving Activities in Company X. The aim of the final thesis is to identify the archiving activities of organization X and the suitability of the information systems used for storing digital and paper documents. In order to achieve the set goals, professional literature and Laws was developed in the field in order to provide a theoretical overview of the Organization of Archive and Document Management. Based on the theory the suitability of the company's information systems for managing and organizing digital and paper documents and the requirements for their storage were analyzed. Conclusions and suggestions for harmonizing archiving activities in Organization X were then presented. The Analysis of Document Management and Archiving Activities in Company X thesis consist of three chapters. In the first chapter provides an overview of the theoretical framework for Document and Archive Management and in the second chapter describes the methods of the empirical research. This chapter introduces the Company X where the research was carried out. Third chapter describes results of the analysis were reported with proposals.
