| dc.description.abstract | Baasasutus Eesti Kaitsevägi on riigiasutusena tegutsenud alates Eesti vabariigi taasiseseisvumisest ja tegutseb seni kuni kestab Eesti Vabariik. Oma põhiülesannete täitmiseks on hangitud palju erineva vanusega militaar- ja tsiviiltehnikat, mis vajab pidevat hooldust ja remonti. Püstitatud eesmärgiks oli investeeringute suuruse ja personalivajaduse välja selgitamine tootmisjaoskonna loomiseks, mis oleks suuteline tootma Kaitseväe tehnika tarbeks erinevaid varuosi. Töö käigus analüüsiti Kaitseväe tehnikapargi olukorda, võttes aluseks Kaitseväe ja Kaitseliidu sõidukite registri koosseisu ja tehnoülevaatajate poolt tehtud tõrgete sissekanded. Analüüsi tulemusena projekteeris autor keredetailide tootmisjaoskonna üksik- ja väikesaritootmiseks, kuna mudelite rohkuse tõttu on detailide nomenklatuur suur aga kogused väiksed ja tootmist peab kiiresti ümber häälestama. Näidistootega tehtud majanduslikest arvutustest selgus, et tootmisüksus on suuteline pakkuma antud toodet 3 korda väiksema hinnaga, kui Kaitseväe lepingupartnerilt saada olev kasutatud toode. | dc.description.abstract | Estonian Defence Forces has been working as a state agency since the republic of Estonia regained its independence and will operate until the republic of Estonia extends. In order to fulfil agency’s core tasks a lot of military and civile technology of various age has been acquired. This technology constantly needs to be maintained and repaired. The aim of the present Final Thesis was to find out the level of investment and number of personnel required in order to create a manufacturer division which will be able to produce different kinds of spare parts for the Defence Forces. As a result of the thesis, an analysis of the Defence Forces’ technique conditions were completed. The analysis was based on the Defence Forces’ and Defence League’s vehicle register composition and the entrys made by the tech supervisor about failures. As a result of the analysis the author designed a manufacturer division for producing single details or details in small quantity, because due to the abundance of the models the nomenclature is big, but the number of particular models needed small. Thus, the production often needs to be retuned quickly. It came out from the economical calcuations made with example products, that the manufacturer division is capable of producing the given product with a three times smaller price, when it is possible to get already used product from the Defence Forces’ cooperarational partner. As a consequence, two years as a repayment period in practice can be accomplishable. | en |
