Ettevõtte jätkusuutlikkuse hindamine AS VKG Transport näitel

Antud töös hinnatakse ettevõtte jätkusuutlikkust VKG Transport AS näitel. Ettevõtte VKG Transport AS kuulub Viru Keemia Grupp kontserni; osutab auto- ja raudteevedude teenuseid, millest 70% moodustavad kontsernisisesed teenused. Viru Keemia Grupp kontsernil on raskused seoses nafta hinna langusega: pandi seisma õlitehased ning koondati inimesi. Töös analüüsitakse ettevõtte põhinäitajaid, positsioon turul ning finantsnäitajaid. Põhinäitajate analüüside tulemused näitavad, et ettevõtte käive on pidevalt kasvanud alatest aastast 2010 kuni 2013. aastani. Alates aastast 2014 aga langes 24%. Raudtee veomahud perioodil 2012-2014 kasvasid, mis on seotud uute VKG õli- ja lubjatehaste ehitamisega ning tootmise alustamisega. Kui vaadata ettevõtte auto- ja raudteeveoteenuste osakaalu kogu käibest, siis maanteetranspordi osa käibest oli igal aastal suurem kui raudteetranspordi osa. Alates 2014.a lõpetas VKG Transport AS raudteevagunite rendile andmise teenust, mis oli käive ja kasumi suure languse põhjuseks.

The task of this thesis is assessment of corporate sustainability by the example of the VKG Transport AS. VKG Transport AS is a part of Viru Chemical Group; providing road and rail transport services, which represent 70% of intra-group services. Viru Chemical Group has a difficulties in the relation to the oil price drop: halted oil refineries and employees layoff. Thesis analyzes the company's fundamentals (key indicators), the market position and the financial performance.Analysis of key performance indicators shows that the company's annual turnover has been growing steadily since 2010 up to 2013. Since 2014, however, fell by 24%. Rail traffic volumes increased in the period 2012-2014, which reflects the VKG oil and limestone factories construction and production start-up. In January 2016, there was a decision about shale oil plant conservation and lay off 500 staff, which is a quarter of the working group.
