dc.description.abstract | Lõputöös töötati välja üksiktootmises APJ freespinkidel mehitamata töö teostamiseks vajalik tehnoloogia. Lõputöö teostati AS Norma Tööriistavabriku jaoskonna baasil. Tootmispinna tootlikkuse analüüsi käigus selgitati välja tootlikkus tootmispinna ühikule enne mehitamata vahetuse kasutuselevõttu. Teostati sobivate detailide analüüs, mille käigus selgitati välja detailide vajalikud aastakogused ja nende freesimise masinajad. Valiti palletisüsteem, mis oleks sobivate gabariitmõõtmetega ja tagaks piisava täpsuse ning jääks seejuures sobivasse hinnaklassi. Freeside valikuks koostati tabel, kust saab valida lõikerežiime vastavalt töödeldava materjali kõvadusele ja tuginedes freesijate kogemusele. Valmistati rakis vormimistemplite freesimiseks. Rakisele arvutati positsioonide arv vastavalt freesimise masinaegadele, et oleks tagatud 8 tundi tööd, leiti vajalikud kinnituspesade täpsused ning kinnitusjõud. Seejärel koostati programmistruktuurid nii Siemens 810D kui ka Heidenhain iTNC 530 juhtseadmetele, mis võimaldavad käivitada erinevaid alamprogramme, võtta mõõtepeaga nullpunkte ja kontrollida freeside seisukorda. Majanduslikus osas leiti palletisüsteemi kasutamisest ja mehitamata tööst saadav kasu ning projekti evitamise kulud. Seejärel arvutati investeeringute tasuvusaeg, milleks oli 1,4 aastat. Leiti ka tootlikkus tootmispinna ühikule kasutades mehitamata tööd ning võrreldes algse tootlikkusega. Jaoskonna kogu tootlikkuse kasvuks saadi 5,3%. Seega sai projekti eesmärk täidetud. | et |
dc.description.abstract | The thesis developed a technology for performing unmanned work on CNC milling machines in individual production condition. The project is based on a division of the public limited company AS Norma Tööriistavabrik. Production area productivity analysis identified the productivity per unit area before the introduction of unmanned work. Analysis of suitable parts was carried out, which identified the necessary annual quantities of parts as well as milling time. Pallets were selected, which would have suitable dimensions, ensure sufficient accuracy and would be reasonably priced. A table was compiled for choosing feed and speed for milling tools in accordance with the hardness of the material and based on experience. As a result, a device was made for milling the forming punch. The number of positions was calculated for the milling device according to milling time to ensure 8 hours of work. The necessary accuracy of the mounting slots and the clamping force were calculated. Then program structures for Siemens 810D and Heidenhain iTNC 530 controls were compiled, which allow running different sub-programs, taking zero points with probe and checking the condition of the cutter. The chapter on economy consists of calculations for pallets and the benefits and costs of unmanned work. Then the calculated payback period of investments is given, which was 1.4 years. Also the productivity of production per unit area was calculated when using unmanned work, which was compared to the old productivity. The overall productivity of the division increased by 5.3%.
