HKScan Estonia AS lihatööstuse tootmisosakonna taara transportliini projekteerimine

Abstract

Lõputöö raames projekteeriti Rakveres asuvale lihatööstusele HKScan Estonia AS tootmisosakonna taara transportliin. Antud projekt oli tellimustöö ning tööde teostajaks Steelhouse Group Estonia OÜ. Sobiva konveierlahenduseni viis kohapealne mõõdistamine ja tellija tähelepanekud süsteemi toimimiseks. Projekteerimise käigus valiti transportliinile sobivad komponendid ning tehti vajalikud arvutused ja analüüsid olulisematele komponentidele. Majanduslikus osas arvutati projekti omahind ja võrreldi seda hinnapakkumises esitatud hinnaga. Antud projekti omahinnaks kujunes 9908 eurot ja kokkulepitud väljamüügihind 12600 eurot. Projektlahenduse kasutuselevõtt antud töösõlme vähendas töö tellija tööjõukulu, hoiab kokku oluliselt tootmispinda ja vähendab transpordikulu, mis varasemalt kulus kastide etteveoks kahveltõstukiga.

The aim of this work was design box tare transport line for meat industry HKScan Estonia AS located in Rakvere. This project was a commissioned work and the the entire order was performed by Steelhouse Group Estonia OÜ. On-site surveying and the customer's information made the system work, leading to a suitable final solution. During the design process, suitable components for the transport line were selected and the necessary calculations and FEM analyzes were made for the most important components. In the economic chapter, the cost price of the project was calculated and compared with the price presented in the quotation. The cost price of this project was 9908 euros and the agreed sale price was 12600 euros. The use of the designed conveyor in this department reduces the customer's labor costs, saves the production space and reduces the transportation costs, which were previously spent on transporting boxes with a forklift.
