| dc.description.abstract | Ettevõtte soov oli tootmisprotsessi juhtimist IT-põhiselt parendada, võttes kasutusele tootmistarkvara, mis suudaks anda ülevaate kogu tervikust. Ettevõte oli jõudnud punkti, kust edasi minna ei oleks olnud enam võimalik. Seiresüsteemi puudumine tekitas olukorra, kus ettevõttel puudus selge ülevaade tootmisprotsessidest ning seeläbi muutus juhtimine järjest ebamäärasemaks. Pidev ülevaate puudumine tootmisest ning töös olevatest tellimustest alandas tootlikkust ja aeglustas tellimuste täitmist. Tööülesannete täitmisel toimus hulganisti raiskamisi, mis väljendusid näiteks sellistes tegevuste, nagu näiteks puuduva info otsimine, toote kohta käiva täpsustava info ootamine, jne. Need tegevused olid vajalikud töö tegemiseks, aga ettevõtte jaoks oli iga liigne liigutus ja mittevajalikud töösooritused kulutused, mille eest tellija ei soovinud maksta ning mida peab vältima. Monitor EPR tootmistarkvara juurutamisega saavutatakse lõputöös käsitletud probleemidele parendused. Enamus tootmist toetavad tegevused, nagu pakkumiste tegemine ja tehniline ettevalmistus, saavad kindla struktuuri, mis kiirendab nende toimimist ja seeläbi tõstab tootmise efektiivsust ja kvaliteeti. Suureks osaks Monitori ERP juurutamisest hakkab olema tootmisest seire info saamine. Võimalus on saada protokolle igast tootmise punktist, mis omakorda on ettevõtte edasiarenguks väga vajalik; mõõdetavate andmete põhjal saab ettevõtte teha otsuseid. Selle seireinfo tulemusena loodab ettevõte kaotada ära kõik kahjumlikud tooted, lubada kliendile õigeaegset tarnet ja omada ülevaadet tootmistegevusest. Juurutamise protsess toimub mitmes etapis, et tagada sujuv üleminek uuele süsteemile. Kõigepealt juurutatakse tootmist toetavad tegevused. Üheks keeruliseks punktiks on lehtmetalli toetavate protsesside toomine Monitor ERP-i. Selle teostuseks loodi lõputöö käigus originaalne eelarvestuse tarkvara, mis võimaldab lõikefailide põhjal toodete hinnastamist ning nende lisamist Monitor ERPi süsteemi. See aitab hoida osakonda toetavate protsesside efektiivsust, ilma olemasolevat töövoogu kahjustamata. IT-lahendusest üksi ei piisa, protsesside parendamiseks on vaja teha muudatusi läbivalt kogu ettevõtte protsessides. Ettevõtte soov on tarkvarast kätte saada maksimum, et investeering ennast ära tasuks. Selleks, et kõik hakkaks struktuuri järgi toimima peab kasutusele võtma laos ja tootmises 5S’ ning tootmist toetatavaid protsesse hakata ISO 9001: 2015 järgi vormima. | dc.description.abstract | The company's desire was to improve the management of the manufacturing process on an IT-basis basis by introducing manufacturing ERP system software that would provide an overview of the whole factory. The company had reached a point where it would not have been possible to go further. The lack of a monitoring system led to a situation where the company did not have a clear overview of the current production processes and thus management of orders became more and more uncertain. The constant lack of overview of production and the number of orders in progress reduced productivity and slowed down completion of orders. There were a lot of wastes in performing tasks, which manifested as unnecessary activities such as searching for information and waiting for information about the part. These activities were necessary to do the job, but for the company, any excessive movement and unnecessary work was a cost that the client did not want to pay for (Lean production) and which must be avoided. With the introduction of Monitor EPR manufacturing software, improvements are made to the issues addressed in this thesis. Most production-supporting activities, such as offers and technical preparation, receive a solid structure that speeds up the operations and thus increases production efficiency and quality. Obtaining information on manufacturing monitoring will be a major part of this improvement. The opportunity is to get reports from every production point, which in turn is essential for the development of the company; the company can make decisions based on measurable data. As a result of this monitoring information, the company expects to lose all unprofitable products, allow the delivery on time and have an overview of production activities. The implementation process takes place in several stages to ensure a smooth transition to the new system. Production support activities are introduced first. One complicated point is to bring sheet metal supporting processes to Monitor ERP. As a result, and a subject to this thesis, an original software was programmed which allows pricing of sheet metal products based on the cutting files and makes it possible to transfer them later to the Monitor ERP system. This helps to keep the department supporting processes efficient without compromising the existing workflow. The IT solution alone is not enough to improve the processes, these must be implemented throughout all the processes in the company. The company's desire is to get the maximum out of the software to make the investment pay off. For everything to work according to the structure, we must introduce 5S in stock and manufacturing, and start manufacturing supported processes according to ISO 9001: 2015. This requires a large number of in-house training sessions to raise the competence of all staff. | en |
