Tootmisjaoskonna projekteerimine Etra Balti AS baasil

Lõputöö eesmärk oli Etra Balti AS tootmisvõimsuse ja konkurentsivõime tõstmine. Lõputöö tulemusena tehti firma tootmise analüüs ja masinapargi laiendamiseks uute seadmete valik. Lõputöös on määratud seadmete paigaldamise kohad ja on koostatudjaoskonna plaan. Samuti lahendati teisaldamisoperatsioonide mehhaniseerimise küsimus, projekteeriti iminappadega varustatud raam ja selgitati raami koostamise tehnoloogiat. Lisaks tutvustati näidise detaili töötlemise tehnoloogiat. Lõputöö majanduslik osa näitab, et ettevõtte suudab pakkuda konkurentsivõimelise hinnaga teenust ja investeeringute tasuvusaeg on 1,8 aastat.

The aim of the present Final Thesis was to identify how to raise production capacity and competitiveness at Etra Baltic AS. As a result of the thesis, an analysis of production at the company and a selectionof new equipment to expand the machinery park were completed. Besides, installation locations of the equipment were determined, and the plan of the division was drawn. The issue of mechanization of displacementoperations was resolved, a framewith suction cupswas designed and atechnologytocompile the frame was explained. In addition, the technology toprocess a detail of the model wasintroduced. The part of the thesis concerning the economic issues of the company shows that the company can offer its service with a competitive price andthe payback period of investmentsis 1.8 years.
