Lõputöös on töötatud välja tehnoloogia lintkonveieri ehk transportööri mootori korpuse töötlemiseks.
In this thesis, author have developed a machining technology for belt conveyor engine housing. The technology was developed based on the capabilities of DMG 100 duoBLOCK machining center that was capable of processing a workpiece with such a large dimension using 5-axis dimension. The creation of technology was in itself a complex and time-consuming process due to lack of experience and knowledge. Most of the technologies were made by the author for the first time. Designed mount made it possible to process the part in two installations, which is a good result, assuming the dimensions of the part and surfaces that were needed to be processed. With this technology, it takes 12 hours and 31 minutes of machine time for one part to make. Taking into account all the costs, it will make 1358,44 Eur for each with a production of 160 parts. The employer was satisfied with such results. While technology was developed, the author chose optimal parameters of cutting tools offered by the tool manufacturers. Because of high machining time it will take a lot of cutting tools which makes a big part of the cost of the order. Finding a cheaper version of the tools used or with longer lifespan, may lower the cost of manufacturing and increasing the income.en
