dc.description.abstract | Antud lõputöö teemaks oli „Abilifti lisamine saematerjali pakkeliinile“ Combimill Sakala saeveski näitel. Töö eesmärgiks oli luua saeveskile lahendus pakkeliini tootlikuse tõstmiseks. Kuna saematerjali pakkimise kitsaskohaks on kujunenud ajaline seisak protsessis, siis abilift võimaldab koostamist jätkata perioodil, mil pakilift liigub ühest asendist teise. Töö käigus sai analüüsitud olemasoleva liini parameetreid ja kinemaatilisi liikumisi. Uue lahenduse loomiseks oli vaja arvestada algandmeid: lauapaki massi, abilifti paika liikumise kiirust, olemasoleva konstruktsiooni eripära. Nendest lähtuvalt sai loodud 3D-mudel olemasoleva liini pakiliftist. Pakilifti dimensioone arvestades sai projekteeritud abilift, mis sobib antud tööstuslikku keskkonda. Tööprotsessi käigus sai analüüsitud konstruktsioonimaterjale tugevusele ja läbipaindele. Vastavalt analüüsi tulemustele, valiti materjaliks konstruktsiooniteras S355, kuna antud materjal tagab piisavad tugevusomadused käpa konstruktsioonile ja hinna vahe materjaliga S235 on marginaalne. Sai valitud sobivad ajamid liikuvatele konstruktsiooni osadele. Selleks teostati arvutused arvestades mõjuvaid koormusi. Abilifti juhtimine on plaanitud integreerida olemasolevasse pakkeliini kontrollerisse. Piirasendite kontrollimiseks kasutatakse induktiivandureid. Lauapaki ülemise asendi kontollimiseks kasutatakse optilist difusioonandurit. Hüdrosilindrite juhtimiseks kasutatakse proportsionaal suunaventiili, sest see tagab sujuva liikumise algus ja lõpp punktis, ning võimaldab ka silindrite kiirust määrata. Elektrimootori juhtimiseks kasutatakse sagedusmuundurit. Seadme ja liini ohutuse tingimuste loomisel on arvestatud standardis IEC 61508 kirjeldatud SIL2 nõudeid. Lõputööga saavutati eesmärk luua lahendus Combimill Sakala pakkeliinile abilifti lisamiseks. | |
dc.description.abstract | The topic of this thesis was „Adding secondary lift for timber packaging machine“ in Combimill Sakala sawmill. Aim of the thesis was to create a functioning solution, to improve the productiviti of the packaging line. The constraining factor in this line is the time gap, in which the packaging lift moves from one position to another. Secondary lift has the ability to reduce this cap. In this thesis the parameters and the movements of the existing packaging line have been analysed. To create a new solution, the initial data: the weight of the board pack, the speed of the secondary lift and the speciality of the existing packaging lift, has been taken into consideration . Regarding these conditions a 3D model of the existing packaging lift was created. The 3D model of the existing packaging lift made it possible to engineer a secondary lift, that is suitable in those conditions. In working process the analyse of the strenght and the deformation of the construcion elements was made. The material of choice became structural steel S355 because this material grants sufficient strenght capabilities to the construction of the lift claws and the price compared to S235 is unmentionable. Choice of suitable drives for the moving parts was made. For that the necessary calculations, according to applied forces, had to be made. The movement control of the secondary lift is being integrated to the controller of the packaging line. The limits of the movements are controlled by using inductive sensors. The top level of the board pack is controlled by a optical diffuse sensor. To control the hydro cilinders the proportional directional valves are used, because they grant speed control and smooth movements in start and stop sections. In creating the conditions for safety the standard IEC 61508 and SIL2 requirements have been taken into consideration. In this thesis a solution for adding a secondary lift to Combimill Sakala OÜ packaging line was created and all the initial goals were reached. | |
