FLIRT reisirongide kliimasüsteemid

Töö eesmärk on anda hinnang ettevõtte Eesti Liinirongid AS võimekusele hooldada ja remontida reisirongide kliimaseadmeid, mille remont on juba oma olemuse tõttu kallis ja aeganõudev. Teisest küljest on rongide kasutusintensiivsus suur ja igasugune remont tähendab seda, et sellel ajal ei saa rong teenindada liine. Töö peab andma vastuse küsimusele, millises ulatuses on ettevõte suuteline rongide kliimasüsteeme remontima ja hooldama. Samuti on töö eesmärgiks anda juhiseid olukorra parendamiseks. Töö koosneb järgmistest etappidest: rongide hooldus- ja remonttööde korraldamine ettevõttes töö kirjutamise hetke seisuga, rongi kliimasüsteemi ehitus ning hooldus- ja remonttööde kirjeldus, jahutussüsteemi hooldus- ja remonttöödel kasutatavate eritöövahendite kirjeldus, ettevõtte laomajanduse see osa, mis puudutab rongide kliimasüsteeme, erinevate kliimasüsteemide rikkejuhtumite analüüs.

The purpose of this thesis is to assess the ability of Eesti Liinirongid AS to maintain and repair climate systems of Estonian passenger trains, whose repair is already expensive and time-consuming due to its nature. On the other hand, the utilization rate of trains is high and any repairs mean that at that time, the train can not service lines. The thesis has to answer the question of the extent to which the company is able to repair and maintain the trains climate systems at the time of writing this thesis. The aim of the thesis is also to give guidance on how to improve the situation. The work consists of the following steps: organization of maintenance and repair of trains in the company at the moment of writing this thesis, the construction of a train climate system and a description of maintenance and repairs, a description of the special work equipment used in the maintenance and repair of the cooling system, The part of the company's stock management, which concerns the climate systems of trains, analysis of the incidence of various climate systems.
