Paindlikud töövormid kaubanduses AS Tallinki näitel

Lõputöö eesmärk oli välja uurida kas ja kuivõrd kasutab Tallink paindlikke töövorme ning kuidas suhtuvad Tallinki töötajad paindlikesse töövormidesse. Lõputöö autor seadis ühe eesmärgi ning sellest lähtuvalt kolm uurimisülesannet, millele vastasid ankeetküsitluses teatud küsimused. Ankeetküsimustiku tulemuste analüüsi põhjal sooviti teada saada, kas ja milliseid paindlikke töövorme rakendatakse Tallinkis. Empiiriline uuring viidi läbi küsimustikuga ning andmekogumismeetod oli kvantitatiivne. Andmekogumisvahendiks oli ankeetküsitlus. Andmeanalüüsi meetodina kasutati kirjeldavat statistikat. Andmeid töödeldi tabeltöötlusprogrammi Microsoft Exceli abil. Statistiliste andmete analüüsimiseks kasutati aritmeetilise keskmise näitajat (m) ning standardhälvet (SD). Uuringu üldvalimi moodustasid AS Tallinki töötajad. Täielikud ankeedid saad 100lt inimeselt, mis moodustab üldvalimist 100%. Uuringu tulemustele toetudes tehti järeldusi ning esitati ettepanekuid Tallinki töötajate rahulolu suurendamiseks ja motiveerimiseks. Tööalast tegevust toetava keskkonna loomiseks on oluline oma töötajate soovide ja arvamustega arvestamine, tööülesannete täitmisel otsustusvõimaluse andmine.

The topic of the diploma thesis is “Flexible forms of work in trade on the example of AS Tallink”. It has been written in Estonian and has 46 pages. It includes different figures and tables and a summary that has been written in English. The study has 19 sources. The diploma thesis has eleven appendices. Today, society is increasingly evolving in a direction where working hours are becoming increasingly flexible. Flexible working and flexible forms of work are characterized by the opportunity to decide for yourself when and where to do your work. The aim of the dissertation is to find out the possibilities for more extensive implementation of flexible forms of work in the company Tallink AS. In order to achieve the goal of the dissertation, the following research tasks have been set: Identify, based on theoretical sources, the types of flexible working arrangements and the impact of their implementation on employees and employers, and develop a methodology for conducting empirical research Map the implementation of flexible forms of work in Tallink AS and analyze the obtained results To do conclusions and, if necessary, submit proposals for more extensive implementation of flexible forms of work in Tallink AS. The author describes different types of flexible forms of work and how many flexible forms of work are used in Estonia. Thesis consists of society’s, employees and employers attitudes towards flexible forms of work and describes positive and negative aspects of flexible working. Author used a quantitative research method in the work and received responses by questionnaire, which was analyzed in MS Excel computer program.
