Kopli-suunalise trammiliini taristu rekonstrueerimise IV ehitusetapi töökorralduse projekt

Käesolevas lõputöös käsitleti Kopli suunalise trammiliini taristu rekonstrueerimise IV ehitusetapi ehitustööde korralduse protsesse. Töö eesmärgiks oli koostada rekonstrueerimise korraldamise projekt, mille aluseks on K-Projekt AS poolt koostatud Kopli suunalise trammiliini taristu IV ehitusetapi tööprojekt. Kirjeldused on toodud kõikidele töödele, mida on antud ehitusetapis vaja teostada ning samuti on välja toodud ajakulu. Kõik tööd on teostatud alltöövõtu korras ning vajalik ressurs ja tootlikkus on eelnevalt kokkulepitud, kuna antud ehitustingimustes pole võimalik arvestada enamjaolt ehitustehnika tehniliste parameetritega. Ajaarvestamise ja kalendergraafiku koostamise jaoks on kõigi alltöövõtjatega käidud objektil, et saada reaalne hinnang tööde teostamisele. Lisaks sellele on kasutatud õppetöö käigus omandatud teadmisi ja isiklikke kogemusi. Välja on toodud valemid ajakulu arvestamiseks ning seoses nendega ka ajakulu tabelid. Ülevaate saamiseks on koostatud ressursi vajaduse tabelid ning kalendergraafik. Kalendergraafik on koostatud programmis Microsoft Project, kus on toodud tööde teostamise lõik ning teostatavad tööd, mis on ajaliselt määratletud.

This final thesis deals with Reconstruction work oragnization processes for the reconstruction of the Kopli tramway infrastructure stage IV. The aim of the thesis was to prepare reconstruction work organization project, which is based on workproject for the Kopli tramway infrastructure reconstruction stage IV and is composed by a K-Projekt AS. The descriptions for all the construction work that have do be done and their time cost, in relation with this project, are brought out in this thesis. All the works are done by subcontractors and all the necessary recourses and productivity is previously prearranged, because in these working conditions is very hard in most cases to take in consideration specifications of the construction equipment. To get realistic jugment for the time consumption and the compilation of construction schedule there is organised site inspections with the subcontractors. In addition to that there is used knowledge which is acquired through study courses and previous experience There is brought out formulas for time consumption and according to that there is also time consumption tables. Resource charts and calendar schedules are prepared for getting an overview of the need of labour force and mechanisms on the site. Calendar schedule is prepared with Microsoft Project where the schedule shows work section and construction works that have to be done in this section and have time criterion.
