Tagastuslogistika protsessid ning nende analüüs ettevõtte AS Smarten Logistics näitel

Töö on kirjutatud ettevõtte AS Smarten Logistics põhjal. Tegemist on kolmanda osapoole logistikateenuste pakkujaga. Töö eesmärk on kirjeldada ettevõtte jaoks tagastusprotsessid ning kirjelduste alusel koostada voodiagrammid. Lisaks sellele tuleb analüüsida ettevõtte tagastusprotsesse selleks, et saada informatsiooni, kas protsessid on hästi organiseeritud ning välja tuua aspekte, mida oleks võimalik parendada. Töö koosneb teoreetilise tagapõhja tutvustusest, ettevõtte tutvustusest, protsesside kirjeldamisest ja analüüsist ning parendusettepanekutest.

The thesis is written based to company AS Smarten Logistics. It is a third party logistics services provider. The aim of this thesis is to describe company's reverse logistics processes and to make flowcharts for those processes. Also to analyse the processes in order to find out if they are well-organized and what could be done better to make the processes more efficent. Thesis contains of theoretical material, company's introduction, describing processes and their analysis and finally possible solutions how to improve the reverse logistics department's work.
