Aluspesu kollektsioon ’’Tres Belle’’

Käesolevas lõputöös on välja toodud kollektisooni loomise protsess. Lõputöö eesmärgiks on valmistada kollektsioon, kus on tooted mõeldud nii naistele, kui ka meestele, mõeldes nii klientidele, kes soovivad kanda võrgutavalt seksikat pesu. Kollektsiooni loomise eeltööks oli vajadus välja uurida, milliseid tooteid on BonBon’s juba eelnevatel aastatel õmmeldud. Selleks käidi esinduspoes, kus sai kõikide kollektsioonidega tutvutud ning mille abil selgitati välja, milliseid tooteid teha ja mida uut võiks disainida. Peamised tingimused ettevõtte poolt olid, et disain oleks julge ja seksikas ning toodete õmblemiseks kasutatakse ettevõttes kasutatavaid materjale, tehnoloogiat ja seadmeid. Peamised uued võtted, mida kasutati ning mis tegid kollektsiooni eriliseks olid nt öösärgi õlapaelad, mis koosnesid mitmetest kummipaeladest, mis andis tootele parema toestuse ja kantavuse. Samuti tegi kollektsiooni eriliseks kummide ja paelte üksteise kõrvale asetamine, mis andis tunde, et keha on kaetud, kuigi see visuaalselt nii ei olnud. Lõputöös sai kasutatud ka eelmiste BonBon’i kollektsioonide materjali jääke, mille eesmärgiks oli materjali võmalikulr efektiivne kasutamine. Diplomitöö autori poolt loodud kõikide mudelite disainide ja materjalide valiku vahel tehti lõplik otsus koos ettevõtte AS Gemhilli peadisaineri Iris Tustiga. Kollektsiooni kuuluvad kuus erinevat mudelit: rinnahoidja, öösärk, stringid, aluspüksid, body ja meeste aluspüksid. Kokkuvõte on süntees kogu lõputööst. Välja on toodud lõputöö eesmärgid ja ülesehitus. Enne peamisi lõputöö sisupeatükke on antud ülevaade pesutoodete ajaloost. Olulisemad peatükid töös on kolmas ja neljas. Kolmandas peatükis on ära toodud kollektsioonide kavandamine, kus on toodud ära alapunktidena idee ja kollektsiooni loomise tingimused, kangaste valik ja iseloomustus, toodete hooldamistingimused, toodete kirjeldused ja tehnilised joonised. Neljandas peatükis on äratoodud toodete konstruktsioon ja tehnoloogia, mille suuremateks alapunktideks on põhi- ja moekohaste lõigete valmistamise metoodika kirjeldus, lõigete valmistamiseks vajalikud mõõdud, rinnahoidja- meeste aluspükste- ja body põhilõike ja moekohase lõike valmistamise käik ja skeemid, lõigete täpsustamine ja kontroll, mudelite sõlmede tehnoloogiline töötlemine, seadmete valik ja iseloomustus, toodete töötlemise tehnoloogilised järjestused, lekaalide valmistamine, lekaalide tehniline paljundamine ja õmblusmaterjalide kulu normeerimine. Viies peatükk illustreerib lõputöö põhiosa fotode näol. Käesoleva kollektsiooni toodete erinevaid mudeleid saab laiendada ja varieerida, kuna tehnoloogilised lahendused, mida lõputöö raames on välja arendatud ja kasutatud on võimalik edasise arendustöö käigus viia järgmistele tehnoloogilistele tasemetele. Kokkuvõtteks võib öelda, et lõputöö eesmärk on täidetud. Töö käigus valmis kuus mudelit, kus sai kasutatud uudset disaini.

Underwear Collection ’’Tres Belle’’. This thesis outlines the process of creating a collection. The aim of the thesis is to create a collection with products for both women and men and therefore focusing on clients who wish to wear seductively sexy underwear. The author also wishes to point out the main theoretical and practical skills and knowledge acquired during the four-year study period. The groundwork for creating the collection was to find out which products have been sewn by BonBon throughout the previous years. In order to find that out, the author went to the BonBon Flagship Boutique, where it was possible to see all the collections and therefore it was possible to determine which products should be made and what new should be designed. The company’s main conditions were that the design shall be daring and sexy and the materials, technology and equipment used in the company shall also be used in sewing these products. The final decision regarding making a choice between all the designs and materials of all the models created by the author of the thesis was made with Iris Tust, the designer at AS Gemhill. The collection includes six different models: brassiere, night gown, thongs, underpants, body, and men’s underwear. The thesis has three main parts. The first part focuses on the different stages of designing the models. This includes the idea and the conditions of creating the collection, the choice and characterisation of fabrics, the maintenance conditions of the products and product specification and technical drawings. The second part covers the description of the whole construction and technology. First, the methodology of preparing the main and fashionable patters is introduced. The necessary measurements for making the patterns and the process and schemes to make the main and fashionable patterns are pointed out. Also brought out is the specifying and controlling of the patterns and an appropriate developed technology. The making of and the technical reproduction of French curves is described and after that the sewing materials’ optimal cost which includes the costs of fabrics and thread, the pricing, and product charts. The third part includes the characterisation of the equipment used in processing and the order of technological processing in the form of indivisible operations. Special computer programs like Lectra Modaris, Diamino and Kaledo Style were used in this thesis. Based on the work done, the collection can be extended as there are a lot of technological solutions that need developing. To sum up, it can be said the aim of the thesis is accomplished. The author created six models in the making of which a new design was used and the main theoretical and practical skills and knowledge were proven.
