Laste karusnahkse toote loomine

Eeloleva diplomitöö käigus on käsitletud karusnahksete toodete loomise ja töötlemisega kaasnevaid etappe ja on välja toodud köösneritöö eripärad. Baasettevõtteks on Tallinna Karusnaha Meistrid OÜ. Lõputöö käigus töötati välja laste rebasenahast vest kapuutsiga, millel on dekoratiivsed kõrvad. Toote sihtgrupiks on 7-11 aastased tütarlapsed ning toode on mõeldud kandmiseks igapäevaselt. Toode on töödeldud voodriga, mis lisab rõivale vormi. Rebasenahad on kandjasõbralikud, naturaalsed ja hoiavad hästi sooja. Samuti ei lase tuult läbi, kuid nahal lasevad hingata. Esmalt on kavandatud baasmudel, millele on unifitseerimise teel loodud mudelite perekond. Järgnevalt on valitud materjalid, abimaterjalid ja furnituurid. Tabelitena on välja toodud põhi- ja abimaterjalide omadused, mõõdud , lõike konstrueerimise käik ja tehnoloogilised lahendused. Mõõtude tabel ja konstrueerimise käik on Briti süsteemi põhjal. Tootmiseks on välja töötatud lekaalid. Teostatud on baassuuruse tehniline paljundus. Paigutusjoonised on üksikpaigutusena baassuurusele ja ka kombneerituna, mis sisaldab suuruseid 122 cm, 128 cm ja 134 cm. Koostatud on valmistoote mõõtude tabel lekaalide ja valmis õmmeldud toote kontrollimiseks. Baasmudelile on koostatud ka tootekaart, mis sisaldab mudeli kohta põhilist informatsiooni. Baasmudel suuruses 122 on ettevõttes valmis õmmeldud tellimustööna. Töö teostamisel kasutati tööstuslikke seadmeid. Töös käsitletud toote omahind kujunes materjalikulu ja töötlemise tasu põhjal, millele lisaks arvestatakse ka ettevõtte muude kuludega. Tavaliselt arvestatakse hinna kujundamisel ka seadmete amortisatsiooniga, kuid antud ettevõtte seadmed on juba pikaajalises kasutuses. Töö teostamiseks on kasutatud Lectra erialaseid programme Modaris, KaledoStyle ja Diamino.

This Diploma thesis discusses the stages of creating and processing products made of fur and the peculiarities of the furrier’s work. The base enterprise is Tallinna Karusnaha Meistrid OÜ. Within the preparation of the final paper a fox skin vest with a hood having also decorative ears was made for children. The target group of the product is the 7-11- year- old girls and the product is meant for everyday wear. The product has a lining, which adds shape to the garment. Fox skin products are user-friendly, natural and keep the user warm. They are also wind-proof although let the skin breathe. First the base model is designed, in addition to which the family of models is created by unification. Next the materials, accessory materials and furniture are chosen. The characteristic features of the basic and accessory materials, measurements, the process of preparing the cuttings and technological solutions are presented in the form of a table. The table of measurements and the process of the design are based on the British system. Templates are prepared for the production. The technical multiplication of the base model has been carried out. The layout of cuttings are prepared for single placement on the base size and also for the combined one, comprising sizes 122 cm, 128 cm and 134 cm. A table with the measurements of the ready-made product and for checking the sewn product is prepared. The product card is made for the base model, based on the basic information about the model. The base model in size 122 has been sewn in the enterprise as contract work. The work was completed by using industrial equipment. The manufacturing price formed on the basis of the material cost and the cost of processing, to which the enterprise’s other costs were added. Usually the price formation includes also the deprecation of the equipment, but their equipment has been used for a long time. The work is carried out by using Lectra professional programs Modaris, KaledoStyle and Diamino.
