Kokkuvõte

Trallibussikoondis OÜ tegeleb omatoodangu disainimise ja valmistamisega. Ettevõte asutati 2017.a. veebruaris ning ettevõtte tegeleb M.Teng autoriloomingul põhinevad brändide arendusega, mille eesmärk on pakkuda klientidele läbimõeldud disainilahenduse kogemust ja kvaliteetset toodangut. Lõputöö keskendub nimetatud ettevõtte brändile Trallibussikoondis ja uurib toodangu põhimaterjali väljavahetamise protsessi kvaliteedi tööriista Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) teooria rakendamisel. FMEA meetodil on võimalik kaardistada tekstiiltoote tootmisprotsess ja protsessis esinevad mittevastavused. FMEA järgselt saab analüüsida kriitilisemate riskinumbriga mittevastavuste potentsiaalseid põhjuseid tuginedes Ishikawa/Werminghaus põhjus-tagajärg meetodile ning 5-MIKS-i meetodit kasutades on võimalik selgitada välja protsessis esinenud mittevastavuse juurpõhjus.

This diploma thesis is called „Practical application of quality tools for brand Jolleybus“. Thesis is built for a small family company, which is engaged in original art production of textile designer Maria Teng. The company was founded in February 2017 and is occupied with M.Teng`s soft furnishing brand Jolleybus development and collection production aimed to provide customers thoughtful design experience and excellent quality products. Theory section gives overview of Toyota Method based problemsolving thinking philosophy and tools which support requirements in Quality Management System ISO 9001:2015. In additon, author relies on Johnsons exaptations theory and Werminghaus definition of Quality 4.0 which is based on Industry 4.0 revolution to examine possible usage of quality management tool Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) to map out main non-compliances risks in production process of soft furnishing product Jolleybus. The empiric section focuses mainly on brands Jolleybus production and investigates the production process improvement based on quality management tool theory FMEA. Implementing FMEA tool to process of small production manufacturing is useful, as all the occuring mismatches are to be found and solved to achieve better production output. FMEA helps to analyze non-compliance risks that show criticality. FMEA analysis showed main non-compliances risks that related to the unconstant quality of the digitally printed fabric being shipped out for Jolleybus and also non-compliances related to unkown fabric properties. Uncostant fabric quality inspired to research new partner to test the suitability of a new producers material. After FMEA assesment Ishikawa/Werminghaus cause-effect method based thinking was applied to map out all possible reasons for high RPN related to fabrics unknown properties. As research followed: selected fabric producers do not provide to customers product technical data for color fastness or abrasion resistance. 5-Why analysis identified root cause for unknown fabric properties that fabric producers vend their products after main usage. 46 Following all the applied quality methods both fabric properties were tested in order to be able to draw up companys fabric requirements which comply with EU standards for soft furnishing products in furniture production. This thesis resulted in building quality management tool FMEA with proposals how to reduce the biggest risks in companys production process relating unknown fabric specifications. Fabrics were tested and results were analysed. The result of fabric testing PMI analyse showed that best for soft furnishing product Jolleybus is to outsource fabric which fiber, yarn, weave properties support resistance for abrasion as the products washable cover design is digitally printed and fabrics print quality is most important. In conclusion, best for brand Jolleybus is that outsourced material properties meet with EU Science Hub standards for furniture with removable and washable coverings as the possible usage of mentioned brand products varies from decorative cushions to functional toys.
