| dc.description.abstract | Lõputöö kirjutamisel oli autori eesmärgiks analüüsida AS Infotark kesklao tegevusi, nende juhtimist, tööprotsesse ja tulemusi ning võimalusel pakkuda välja lahendused veelgi edukamaks töö korraldamiseks. Antud lõputöö esimeses peatükis toob autor välja olulisi aspekte laonduse efektiivsuse tõstmiseks ning mitmete autorite nägemuse soovitud tulemuse saavutamiseks. Teises peatükis kirjeldatakse üldiselt AS Infotark ettevõtet ning tööd. Kolmandas peatükis tutvustatakse lähemalt kesklao tööd, kuidas hetkel erinevad laotööprotsessid läbi viiakse ning mis on töö tulemuseks. Viimases peatükis analüüsitakse laotöö tulemusi ning pakutakse välja võimalusi tulemuste parendamiseks põhiliselt vähendades ajakulu, vigade tekkimise võimalust komplekteerimisel ja toodete paigutust laos. | et |
| dc.description.abstract | The aim of the author when writing the thesis was to analyse the activities of AS Infotark central warehouse, their management, work processes and restults and if possible, offer solutions for an even more successful work. In the first paragraph of the thesis the author introduces important aspects of raising warehouse efficiency and other authors points of views on succeeded in this area. In the second paragraph the company AS Infotark and its work is introduced. The third paragraph focuses more closely on the central warehouse and its activities and how work is managed currently. The last paragraph analyses the results of the warehouse work and solutions are offered to improve these results by minimising used time, decreasing the possibility of mispicks and improving product placement in the warehouse. | en |
