| dc.description.abstract | Lõputöö eesmärgiks oli koostada elektripaigaldise näidisprojekt programmis CADMATIC 2024 Electrical eesmärgiga näidata õpingute jooksul omandatud teadmisi. Lõputöö raames koostati eramajale elektriprojekt nii välispaigaldise osale, tugevvoolu osale ja nõrkvoolu osale. Esimeses peatükis kirjeldati projekti lähteandmeid ehk mida on vaja selleks, et alustada projekti koostamist. Toodi näiteid mõningatest levinuimatest standarditest ja määrustest, mida tuleb järgida elektriprojekti koostamisel. Seletati lahti hoone teised eriosade lahendused, mis mõjutasid elektripaigaldise projekteerimist. Teises peatükis kirjeldati nii side- kui ka elektrivõrguga liitumise lahendust ning käsitleti üldiseid nõudeid kaablite maa sisse paigaldamisel. Hoone projekteerimisel üks tähtsamaid asju on õige peakaitsme suuruse valimine selleks, et hoonet mõistlikult kastuades ei peaks taluma tahtmatuid peakaitsme rakendumisi liigse koormuse tõttu. Töös toodi välja arvutuskäik, kuidas leida sobiv peakaitsme suurus. Kolmandas peatükis kirjeldati põhjalikumalt sisepaigaldise projekteerimist ja nõudeid ning käesoleva lõputöö raames projekteeritud eramaja lahendusi. Käsitleti hoones kasutatavaid erinevaid kaitselüliteid, valgustuse juhtimise lahendusi, kütte juhtimise lahendust. Toodi välja ka hoonesse projekteeritud nõrkvoolulahendus. Neljandas peatükis toodi välja elektritööde maksumus koos Elektrilevi liitumistasuga, arvestades, et kinnistu asub Elektrilevi alajaamast 400 meetri kaugusel. Hinnapäring esitati ettevõttele Lansec Elekter OÜ ning saadi pakkumine vastavalt CADMATIC 2024 Electricalis koostatud joonistele ja jooniste kaudu saadud spetsifikatsioonile. Selle kaudi toodi välja hoone elektritööde maksumus hoone suuruse põhiselt. Selle numbri saab võtta aluseks, et ligikaudselt hinnata hoone elektritööde maksumust tulevikus mugavalt ja kiiresti. Kindlasti see number ei ole mõeldud täpseks hinnapakkumise koostamiseks vaid pigem ligikaudne kiire inidikatiivse hinna koostamiseks. Lõputöö eesmärk sai edukalt täidetud. | |
| dc.description.abstract | The aim of thesis was to create a sample electrical installation project in CADMATIC 2024 Electrical program to show the knowledge learned during studies. As part of thesis, an electrical project for a private house was created, covering the lighting and the power supply installation, and the low-voltage part. The first chapter described the project starting information. Examples of some of the most common standards and regulations that must be followed when preparing an electrical project were provided. The solutions for other specialized parts of the building that influenced the design of the electrical installation were also explained. The second chapter described the solutions for connecting to both the communication and electrical networks and addressed the general requirements for digging cables underground. One of the most important aspects of designing a building is selecting the correct main fuse size so that the building does not experience unintended fuse trips due to excessive load. The calculation to determine the appropriate main fuse size was also presented. The third chapter provided a more detailed description of the design and requirements of the installation and the solutions designed for the house within this thesis. Various protective switches used in the building, lighting control solutions, and heating control solutions were discussed. The low-voltage solutions designed for the building were also presented. The fourth chapter presented the cost of the electrical works, including the connection fee from Elektrilevi, considering that the property is located 400 meters from an Elektrilevi substation. A price inquiry was submitted to Lansec Elekter OÜ, and an offer was received based on the drawings created in CADMATIC 2024 Electrical and the specifications derived from the drawings. This approach helped determine the cost of the electrical works based on the building’s size. This figure can serve as a reference for roughly estimating the cost of electrical works in the future in a convenient and quick way. It is important to note that this number is not intended for creating an exact price quote, but an approximate estimate. The objective of the thesis was successfully achieved. | |
