dc.description.abstract | Lähtuvalt Saunatrailer OÜ soovist saada mobiilse ja autonoomse kümblustünni vedamiseks mõeldud haagis, sai vastav haagis projekteeritud ja ettevõte on tulemusega rahul. Projekteeritaval haagisel oli palju nõudeid, millele haagis pidi vastama, millest põhiline oli haagise kõrgus. Valmis haagisel tuli selleks 1660 mm. Projekteerimist alustades sai selgeks millised on enimlevinud Eesti turul olevad haagised ja nende tüübid. Seejärel otsustati torsioonsilla kasuks, millel on madal profiil, kuid samas mugav ja peaaegu sõltumatu vedrustus. Järgnevalt otsustati ära ostukomponendid. Tünn valiti 6-7 inimesele mõeldud ümmargune 1900 mm läbimõõduga kümblustünn. See mahutab 1300 liitrit vett. Seejärjel valiti Aluweldi ahi, mis on lihtsasti kättesaadavatest variantidest üks võimsamaid ja lisa veesärgiga, et kütmise protsess oleks võimalikult kiire. Seejärel tuli lisaks aku ja elektrisüsteem, mis suudab hoida mulli ja valgussüsteemi ilma välise toiteta 4 h. Valiti ka tark laadija/inverter, mis suudab kogu akuga seotud tarbimist ja kasutust monitoorida ja valvata. Tuled, poritiivad, tugijalad, veopea valiti samuti turul olevatest toodetest kõige sobivamad. Vana/halli vee äravooluks otsustati panna automaatne aiavooliku rull, mis teeb vooliku hoiustamise, kasutamise ja kokku panemise eriti lihtsaks. Samal eesmärgil lisati ka automaatne kaablirull, et haagise toitmine vooluga oleks lihtsam. Peale ostukomponentide valikut pidi tegema valiku materjali osas, millest hakata projekteerima haagist. Peale tugevusanalüüsi osutus valituks 60x40x3 nelikant toru. Seejärel projekteeriti haagis, mis koosneb kahest tasapinnast – alumisest ja ülemisest raamist. Need tasapinnad on sõltuvad tünni astme suurusest. Alumise raami peal on tünni kõige alumine äär ja ülemise raami peal on tünni aste. Nende vahele jäävat ruumi kasutati ära panipaikade näol ja lisavarustuse paigaldamise jaoks. Peale joonise valmimist, tehti järgmine tugevusanalüüsi lihtsustatud mudel, mille tulemusena selgus et haagis on igati sellele mõjuvatele jõududele vastupidav. Viimase asjana tehti massi- ja kuluanalüüs. Kogu haagise massiks kujunes arvutuslikult 634 kg ja hinnaks letihindadega 6800 eurot. Autori arvates võib tulemusega jääda rahule. Kõik nõuded said täietud ja haagis vastab nõuetele. Saunatrailer jäi samuti tööga rahule ja uurib võimalusi, kuidas projekt ka ellu viia. | |
dc.description.abstract | The objective of this thesis was to design a category O1 trailer intended for transporting and renting out a hot tub. The trailer had to meet numerous requirements, among which the primary one was its height, which was finalized at 1660mm. At the first part of the thesis there is an overview of common trailers available in the Estonian market and their types was undertaken. Following this, a decision was made to utilize a torsion axle due to its low profile, comfort, and nearly independent suspension. Subsequently, the choice of purchased components was made. A circular hot tub with a 1900mm diameter, suitable for 6-7 people and capable of holding 1300 liters of water, was selected. The Aluweld stove, known for being one of the most powerful options available and equipped with an additional water jacket to speed up the heating process, was chosen next. Additionally, a battery and electrical system were incorporated to maintain the bubble and lighting systems operational for 4 hours without external power. A smart charger/inverter capable of monitoring and managing all battery-related consumption was also selected. Suitable market products were chosen for lights, fenders, support legs, and the hitch. For greywater disposal, an automatic garden hose reel was installed to facilitate storage, use, and retraction of the hose. Similarly, an automatic cable reel was added to ease the trailer's power supply connection. Following the selection of purchased components, a decision regarding the construction materials for the trailer was required. After conducting a strength analysis, a 60x40x3 rectangular tube was chosen. The trailer was then designed to include two levels, with these levels being contingent upon the height of the tub step. The lowest edge of the tub rests on the lower frame, while the tub step is placed on the upper frame. The space between these levels was utilized for storage compartments and additional equipment installation. Once the drawings were completed, a simplified model for a further strength analysis was developed. The results confirmed that the trailer could withstand all acting forces. Lastly, a mass and cost analysis was conducted. The calculated total mass of the trailer was 634 kg, and its price, based on retail prices, amounted to 6800 euros. | |
