Esinemiskostüümide valmimisprotsessi analüüs akrobaatikaringi "Zagadka" näitel

Lõputöö "Esinemiskostüümide valmimisprotsessi analüüs akrobaatikaringi 'Zagadka' näitel" eesmärgiks oli analüüsida ja parendada kostüümide valmimise protsessi. Töös püstitatud eesmärkide saavutamiseks teostas autor juhtumiuuringu, mille käigus uuriti esinemiskostüümide valmimise protsessi kui tervikut. Juhtumiuuringu raames teostas töö autor akrobaatikaringis vaatluse, mille käigus kogus andmeid esinemiskostüümide valmimise protsessi kohta. Saadud andmete põhjal koostas autor voodiagrammi ja selgitas välja esinemiskostüümide valmimisprotsessi etapid. Järgmiseks viis töö autor läbi õpetajatega intervjuu, mille eesmärgiks oli välja selgitada esinemiskostüümide vamimisprotsessi kitsaskohad. Täiendavate andmete saamiseks intervjueeris töö autor ka õmblejat. Juhtumiuuringu raames viis töö autor läbi ka küsitluse lastevanemate seas, mille eesmärgiks oli välja selgitada lastevanemate nõudmised ja üldine rahulolu esinemiskostüümidega. Akrobaatikaringi „Zagadka“ kõige sobilikuma esinemiskostüümi tegumoe välja selgitamiseks analüüsis töö autor viimase viiel aastal õmmeldud kostüümide juurdelõikus akte, mille käigus selgitati välja akrobaatikaringile sobilikum kostüümi tegumood, sobilikumad materjalid ning vajaminevad seadmed nende õmblemiseks. Uuringute käigus selgus, et esinemiskostüümide valmimisprotsessis olevate osapoolte vahel puudub piisav koostöö, mille tulemusel ei vasta valmis õmmeldud kostüümid esialgsele kavandile. Seni õmmeldud kostüümidega ollakse üldiselt rahul, kostüümidega rahulolunäitaja lastevanemate seas on 3,6 skaalal 1-5 ühest viieni. Lastevanemate küsitlusest selgusid kostüümide olulisemad omadused, kostüümide juures on kõige olulisemaks teguriks mugavus ja vastupidavus, mille ühendusõmblused ei hargne ega katke esinemise aeg. Esinemiskostüümide mugavuse tagavad vastavalt etteastele valitud kostüümi tegumood, materjalid, lõiked, mis sobivad tantsustiiliga ning võimaldavad tantsijal neid sooritada ilma ebamugavust tundmata, ei hõõru ega pigista. Kostüümid peaksid olema moodsad ja laval efektsed välja nägema. Kõige vähem olulisemaks hinnati kostüümi hinda. Kõige sobilikumaks esinemiskostüümiks on liibuva tegumoega rõivad, kas trikoo, liibuv kombinesoon ning retuusid särgi või pluusiga. Analüüsi käigus selgus ka, et sageli ei vasta kostüümide materjalid tantsuseadele, kuna kangad kostüümide jaoks ostetakse õpetaja poolt ilma õmblejaga konsulteerimata. Intervjuust õmblejaga selgus, et kostüümide tellimuse etteteatamise aeg on liiga lühike, mõnikord vaid nädal aega enne plaanitavat esinemist.

The purpose of this thesis named “The Analysis of The Process of Making Performance Costumes Based on The Example of Acrobatics Group “Zagadka” is to analyze and improve the process of making the performance costumes. Dance group “Zagadka” is an acrobatics oriented dance group which has been in operation already for the past 15 years in Kohtla-Järve Youth Culture Centre [2]. In academic year 2014/2015, there are 62 children attending the acrobatics group [3]. Preparing the costumes is an individual process, meaning that the performance costume is sewn for every child individually, according to his/her measurements. Since there are a lot of performances, there is a great need for costumes. The initial observation indicated that the design and technology of the clothes are often not properly worked out. Also, there are instances where the costumes only last for a couple of performances and then become unusable. The real expectations and wishes of the parents whose children are attending the group regarding performance costumes are still unknown. To achieve the purpose, the author conducted an observation, constructed a flow diagram, and analyzed the costumes previously sewn for the group. To collect additional data, she interviewed the sewers. To find out the most important qualities of the performance costumes, the author conducted a questionnaire among the acrobatics group “Zagatka” parents and examined the requirements for performance costumes for acrobats. The analysis of making the performance costumes pointed out that the main problem is insufficient communication between different parties of the process. The teacher buys the materials and the sewer is not included in the process. The decision to buy certain fabrics is made on wrong grounds, based mainly on the color and price of the fabric. The analysis of previously made costumes showed that the costumes are mostly made from a close-fitting, elastic material, whereas the centre does not have necessary devices for sewing elastic materials. During the process of analysis, the author found out that for the parents, it is important that the costumes were long-lasting and that the connecting stitches would not break or become loose. The costumes should be comfortable to wear and look great on stage. The parents also considered a more modern cut to be important. The questionnaire showed that the price of the costume was considered less important. The survey conducted by the author also showed that both the parents and the teachers would like costumes that can be used in various shows by simply changing accessories.
