dc.description.abstractAntud lõputöö eesmärgiks oli koostada töökorraldus projekt Pargi, Pikk ja Vanapargi objektile. Töö autor on kajastanud töös antud objekti projektlahendust, kirjeldanud tehtavaid töid ja arvestanud töödele kuluvat aega. Töö koostamisel tuli lähtuda tööde mahtudest ja objekti iseärasustest. Tööde teostamiseks on aega 6 kuud. Tööd on jaotatud kahte etappi, sest mõlemaid tänavaid pole võimlalik liikluse tõttu korraga sulgeda, esimese etapi valmimisel tõstetakse liiklus ümber vastvalminud tänavale ja alustatakse ehitustöid teises etapis. Tööde ajakulu arvestamisel on töö autor lähtunud masinate tehase poolt antud jõudlustest, kuid teinud oma poolsed korrektuurid võttes arvesse taoliste objektide ehitamisel masinate reaalseid jõudlusi. Kalendergraafik on koosatatud ideaaltingimustes, kuhu ei ole sisse arvestatud ootamatuid seisakuid ehitustöödes. Objekti valmimisel on jalakäijate ja jalgratturite liikumine tehtud mugavamaks ja turvalisemaks, kõnniteed on saanud laiendused ning on paremini ühendatud olemasolevate kergliiklusteede võrgustikuga. Olemasolevaid kergliiklusteid laiendatakse haljas ala arvelt, et saaks eraldada jalakäija jalgratturist, et mõlemal oleks kergliiklusteel turvaline liigelda. Antud projekti valmimisega ühendatakse Pärnu kolmandalt sillalt tulev autoliiklus Pärnu kesklinna teede võrgustikuga võimalikult sujuvalt. Lõputöö on koostatud selliselt, et sellega on võimalik teostada antud objekti ehitus edukalt algusest lõpuni.
dc.description.abstractThe following thesis “Construction Management Project for the Reconstruction of a Street and an Intersection” presents a work organization project for reconstructing a city street and intersections. The thesis deals with reconstructing the intersections of Pargi, Pikk and Vanapargi streets into roundabouts, building the road to Lai-Pikk street section, building cycle and pedestrian tracks and widening the existing tracks. The project has been compiled by K-Projekt. The goal of the thesis is to give an overview of the works needed to be done at the site, and of the time needed for construction. The timeframe for finishing the works is 6 months. The completion of the project has made pedestrian and cyclist movement more convenient and safer, with sidewalks being expanded and better connected to the existing network of sidewalks. Existing bike paths are being extended by using green areas to separate pedestrians from cyclists, ensuring safe movement for both on the sidewalk. The thesis consists of four parts. The first describes the overall situation, the second the project solution, and the third consists of the technical specifications of the works and the time calculation for the reconstruction works. The thesis also gives an overview of the works conducted by the main contractor, and of the works conducted by subcontractors. When estimating the time required for the work, the author has relied on the performance data provided by the machinery manufacturer but has made adjustments based on the actual performance of such machinery in building similar objects. The calendar schedule has been compiled under ideal conditions, without accounting for unexpected interruptions in construction work. The thesis has been compiled so that it enables to manage the site construction successfully from the beginning till the end.
