dc.description.abstract | Lõputöö arenguobjektiks oli ettevõte KR Tehnik OÜ ja tema töökeskkond. Töökoda on populaarsust kogumas ning seistakse silmitsi probleemiga, kus ei suudeta klientide vajadusi piisavalt kiiresti rahuldada. Selleks, et välja selgitada kitsaskohad, tutvuti hetkeolukorraga ruumides ja töökorralduses. Klientide arvamuse välja selgitamiseks korraldati küsitlus. Selgus, et suurem osa osalenutest kasutavad töökoja teenuseid. Inimesed, kellel on uuemad sõidukid hooldavad neid margiesindustes ja kohaliku teenusepakkuja pikad ootejärjekorrad neid ei puuduta. Üks osa pole aga rahul, et nad peavad pikalt ootama. Nende soov on saada oma sõidukid kiiremini korda ning on leidnud selleks alternatiivseid võimalusi. Lõputööle püstitatud eesmärk sai täidetud ja on olemas põhjalik analüüs erinevatest lahendustest ning kuidas nende vahel kaaluti. Informatsiooni koguti tööprotsesse jälgides, juhatuse poolt tulnud informatsiooni ning küsitlusega. Välja on toodud investeeringud, millega on vaja arvestada lahenduste täide saatmiseks ning leitud on ka lisanduvate regulaarsete kulutuste suurused. Lõputöö valmimise ajaks on hakatud leitud lahendust ka realiseerima. Palgatud on mehhaanik ning rakendatud ta tööle. | et |
dc.description.abstract | The object of development of the thesis was the company KR Tehnik OÜ and its work environment. The workshop is gaining popularity and is facing a problem where the needs of customers can not be met quickly enough. In order to identify bottlenecks, the current situation in the premises and work organization was examined. A survey was conducted to find out the opinion of customers. It turned out that the majority of participants use the services of the workshop. People with newer vehicles maintain them at dealerships and are not affected by the long queues at the local service provider. However, some are dissatisfied that they have to wait a long time. They want to get their vehicles in order faster and have found alternative ways to do so. The goal set for the thesis was achieved and there is a thorough analysis of the different solutions and how they were considered between them. Information was collected by monitoring work processes, information received by the management board and a survey. The investments that need to be taken into account in order to implement the solutions have been identified, and the amounts of additional regular expenses have also been found. By the time the thesis was completed, the found solution has also been implemented. A mechanic has been hired and applied to work. | en |
