Mototöökoja hooldejaam

Käesolevas diplomitöös tuuakse välja ühe mototehnika remonditöökoja hoone ja selle sisustuse projekteerimise erinevad nüansid. Igasuguse mototehnika ostmine kogub üha rohkem populaarsust. Tänu majandusliku olukorra paranemisele on rahval võimalus soetada endale erinevat mototehnikat. Seega tekib juurde erinevat mototehnikat, mis eeldab aina enamat hooldust. Sellest lähtudes on ettevõttel plaanis luua klientidele kiire, mugav, taskukohane ja teiste heade tingimustega valgusküllane remonditöökoda Tallinnas. See peaks olema sisustatud moodsalt ning uute töövahenditega. Samuti oleks see vastutulekuks hetkel olemasolevatele Tallinna klientidele ning võimaluseks luua kontakte uute klientidega. Aimet Invest OÜ sihtgrupiks on Tallinna elanikud, kes on soetanud mototehnikat, ning juba olemasolevad kliendid. Tallinnast käivad kliendid Rakveresse oma mototehnikat remontimas just seetõttu, et Aimet Invest OÜ-l on suur kogemus ATV-de ja võistlusmootorrataste ehitamisel. Ettevõtte eesmärgiks on pakkuda Tallinna elanikele täisväärtusliku quadracer’teja ATV-de remonditeenust. Areneda võimalikult palju ning viia ennast uudse tehnika remondis kõrgeimale tasemele. Täpsemalt, segway’de ja elektrimopeedide hoolduse ja ümberehituse valdkonnas. Ettevõtte edasise arengu analüüsi võimalused on ka uurimuse eesmärgiks. Autor on läbinud praktika Aimet Invest OÜ-s Rakveres. Selgus, et ettevõte on ülekoormatud ja et järjekorras on palju kliente. Klientide osakaal on järgmine: 70% Lääne-Virumaalt ja 30% Tallinnast. Klientide osakaalu protsendid on koostatud Aimet Invest OÜ juhataja kogemuste põhjal. Tööde ooteajad on ettevõttes väga pikad. Tööde maht on liialt suur ning laienemine on mõeldamatu, sest ruumide suurus seda kahjuks ei võimalda. Praegu on firma põhitegevusteks ATV-de, UTV-de, segway’de, mootorrataste, võistlusmootorrataste, mopeedide, quadracer’te, veetehnika ja mootorsaanide hooldus ning remonditööd. Autor leiab, et uue töökoja rajamine Tallinnas on rentaabel ja perspektiivikas. Kuigi majanduslik olukord, konkurents jne võivad takistada ettevõtte tegevust on autoripoolsel uurimusel põhinev prognoos positiivne ja optimistlik.

Different nuances of projecting a motor-technical repairing shop building and its projecting are given in this Diploma Research. Buying all kinds of motor-techniques is becoming more popular every day. Different techniques could be bought due to the improvement of economic situation. Therefore more and more different motor-techniques have to be taken care of. The enterprise is planning to establish a rapid, comfortable, cheap and well lighted repairing shop in Tallinn. It should be designed in an up to date way and with new tools. Also, it would be obligingness to present customers from Tallinn and it would a possibility to improve contacts with new customers. The target group of Aimet Invest OÜ would be the citizens of Tallinn, who have obtain motor-techniques, and present customers. Customers from Tallinn ride to Rakvere to repair their motor-techniques due to the great experience of Aimet Invest OÜ in repairing ATVs and competition motor-bikes. The purpose of the enterprise is to offer a full quality repairing service for quad racers and ATVs of citizens of Tallinn. Also, the aim is to develop and obtain a new higher level in repairing such sort of techniques, especially in maintenance and renovating of segways and electric motor scooters. The purpose of the research is to analyse the opportunities of the future development of the enterprise. The author has passed practice in Aimet Invest OÜ in Rakvere. It came out that the enterprise is overloaded and too many customers are waiting for their succession. The division of customers is as follows: 70% from Western-Virumaa and 30% from Tallinn. The proportion of customers has been calculated according to the experience of the manager of Aimet Invest OÜ. The succession ration of service is very long in the enterprise. The amount of the services is too big and the improvement of the enterprise is impossible as the rooms of it are too small. The main field of the enterprise stands in repairing and maintenance of ATVs, UTVs, segways, motor bikes, competition motor bikes, motor scooters, quad racers, water techniques and snowmobiles. The author has found that a new repairing shop in Tallinn would be rentable and perspective. In spite of the fact that economic situation, competition etc could impede the activity of the enterprise the prognosis for the enterprise is positive and optimistic.
