Viking Motors AS Tammsaare töökoja reorganiseerimine

Käesolev lõputöö on kirjutatud ettevõtte Viking Motors AS Tammsaare põhjal. Lõputöös on kirjeldatud praegusest majandusolukorrast ja sellega kaasnevatest probleemidest mis vajavad lahendamist. Lõputöö eesmärk ontõsta Viking Motors AS Tammsaare töökoja efektiivsust, autotehnikute töömahtu ja ettevõtte kasumit.Seoses Kia töömahu tõusmisega, Kia uute sõidukite heade müügitulemustega ja Saab-i töömahu vähenemisega on vaja koolitada ja ümber õpetada mehaanikuid, kes täna töötavad veel meie ettevõttes Saab-idega, Kia sõidukite remondi tarbeks. Kia annab võimaluse korvata Saab-i sõidukitest puudujääva tulemuse. Kui jätta olukord muutmata, mõjutab see ettevõtte majandustulemusi negatiivselt. Töös on kirjeldatud antud ettevõtte eesmärke, igapäevase töö protsessid, töömaahtusid, Kia „Family – like Care” filosoofiat ja 10 – astemilise teeninduse lubadused.Suur tähelepanu on pööratud ettevõtte majandustegevusele,brutomarginaali kasvule Kia sõiduki abil,Saab-i brutomarginaali langumisele ja keretööde osakonnas muutusest pärast Kia tulekut. Kirjeldasin brutomarginaali prognoosi ja sellele mõjutavatest faktoritest. Viking Motors AS Tammsaare töökoja reorganiseerimine on autori jäoks esmakordne, kuid kindlasti väga huvitav ja vajalik kogemus. See andis võimalise nii koolis õpitu proovilepanekuks kui ka uute teadmiste ja kogemuste omandamiseks. Jõuti üha enam arusaamisele, et ettevõtte eduka kasumi tõstmise saavutamiseks peab tegema töökojas muudatusi. Muudatused ei pruugi olla seotud suurte investeeringutega. Kindlasti peab suurt tähelpanu pöörama keskonnakaitsele, töö- ja tuleohutusele ning teistele nõuetele, mida ettevõtte peab täitma.
