| dc.description.abstract | Töö koostamisel on tutvutud erinevaid juhtimisviise ja nende protsesse käsitlevate allikatega, mis on loonud arusaama juhtimisest, kui äärmiselt olulisest tegevust igas organisatsioonis. Samuti on otsitud seoseid nelja käsitletava juhtimisliigi vahel – strateegiline juhtimine, protsesside juhtimine, inimressursside juhtimine ja tulemusjuhtimine. Tulemustest järeldub, et eelpool välja toodud juhtimisliikidest lähtumine on oluline ühise meekonna, töökorralduse ja eduka ettevõtte toimimise osas. Kõige olulisemaks on siinkohal strateegiline juhtimine, mis on aluseks edasistele muutustele, mille protsessidega on võimalik ettevõtte toimimist muuta oluliselt paremaks. Põhjalikult on analüüsitud OÜ Reeda Kardinad & Disain töökorralduse protsesse ja infoliikumist nii töötajate kui osakondade vahel. Sellega seoses on läbi viidud vaatlus ettevõtte müügiosakonnas ja tootmisosakonnas eesmärgiga analüüsida firmasiseseid protsesse ning kõrvutada tulemusi töö teoreetilises osas esitatud materjaliga. Veelgi on läbi viidud struktureerimata intervjuu firma juhtkonna ning müügiosakonnas töötavate inimestega. Uurimuse tulemusena antakse ettevõtte juhtkonnale selged põhjused firmasisestes protsessides muudatuste läbiviimiseks. | dc.description.abstract | The title of the thesis is called “Improvement of the Internal Processes Based on Reeda Kardinad & Disain OÜ”. Reeda Kardinad & Disain is a very well known company in Estonia what offers curtains and different textile for home through selling and import, furthermore by offering sewing and cleaning service. Since the company has been operating for many years, it has earned its trust and and become valued by its clients, but not only - it is also recognized by different partners from the textile field. But another situation what has been brought up by the long time operating, is different problems which occur in the internal processes that, as the author can see, are possible to find solution to. Thesis aims to chart the internal processes and analyze the management system of the company for improvement. For this, following tasks have been established: • Doing research for different management systems and creating overview of management types and processes influencing the company • Analyzing the current management, divison of labor and ways of sharing information to find difficulties • Perform observation to analyze internal processes • Perform interviews with all employees to understand the sharing of information between them Theoretical part is studying four different types of management: strategic, process, human resources and performance. Topics have been chosen due to the pertinence with the company and aims of the thesis. Empirical part of the thesis includes the introduction of the company history, structure and charted processes what are the results of observation and interviews. Furthermore, different solutions are offered. As the result of the research the company will be given legitimate reasons for internal changes. Furthermore, reasons will be given to explain the importance of human resources management and its processes to raise the quality of work. | en |
