| dc.description.abstract | Lõputöö ülesandeks oli seatud riigimaantee nr 81 Kärdla-Käina km 4.9-11,36 Tubala-Tammela lõigu rekonstrueerimise töökorraldus projekt. Põhiprojekti raames rekonstrueeritakse 6.46km põhiteed, rajatakse kaks kauplusauto tagasipöörde kohta ning teostatakse mahasõitude katendikonstruktsioonide rekonstrueerimine. Lõputöös on kirjeldatud ehitusobjekti asukohta ja olemasolevat olukorda. On antud ülevaade põhiprojekti koosseisus olevatest dokumentidest ja seal kajastatud projektlahendustest. Lisaks on lõputöö autor andnud hinnangulise ajakulu erinevateks ehitustöödeks ning kirjeldanud olulisemaid nüansse tööetappide teostamisel silmas pidamiseks. Ajakulu arvestusel kasutatud mahud on võetud hankedokumentatsioonis olevast kululoendist ning arvutustes kasutatud tööjõudlused põhinevad autori praktilistel teadmistel ja lähtuvad konkreetsete mehhanismide jõudlusest. Lõputöö on koostatud enne põhilisi ehitustöid, lõputöö valmimise ajaks on teostatud raadamistööd. | dc.description.abstract | The following thesis Construction Management Project for Reconstruction of a Basic Road is based on the reconstruction project of Kärdla-Käina road designed by Roadplan OÜ. Reconstruction project was made for 6,5km of Basic Road and provides to change the paving layers, crushed stones and to build the complex stabilization layer between them. Most on the embankment will remain and the constructive layers will be added on the embankment. The main goal of this thesis is to describe the situation before reconstruction, also to give an overview of the reconstruction project and to analyze the time and resource cost of constructing this project. Author of this thesis will be part on construction team to reconstruct the road at 2022 year and thesis will be used for construction management. The machinery and efficiency of assesments for the processes is based on the possibilities of construction company and author’s previous personal experiences on the road construction field. The time consumptions does not include errors on the field and is doable only in perfect conditions. | et |
