| dc.description.abstract | Autor koostas lõputöö teemal „Iseteenindusliku autoremondi töökoja toimimise alused ja arvutus“. Selle eesmärgiks oli uurida iseteenindusliku autoremondi töökoja ärimudelit, viia läbi potensiaalsete klientide küsitlus veebikeskkonnas ning selgitamaks välja, kui suur hulk inimesi on sellisest teenusest huvitatud. Sellest lähtuvalt koostati ettevõtte äriplaan. Iseteeninduslik autoremondi töökoda on ettevõte, mis pakub teenust autohuvilistele ja entusiastidele, kellel puuduvad koduses majapidamises vahendid oma auto remontimiseks ja hooldamiseks. Iseteenindus garaaž on ettevõte, kuhu klendil on võimalik broneerida aeg ning kohale tulles ootab teda ees töökoht, kus on olemas kõik vajalikud tööriistad töö tegemiseks. Selgitamaks välja huvi teenuse vastu, viis töö autor veebikeskonnas läbi kliendiküsitluse. Läbiviidud küsitlusele vastas 352 inimest. 93% vastanutest olid iseteeninduslikust autoremonditöökojast huvitatud. Lisaks uuris töö autor, kui suur hulk inimesi oleks huvitatud lisateenustest. Küsimustikust selgus, et juhendaja teenusest on huvitatud 56% vastanutest. Varuosade tellimise teenusest ettevõtte kaudu, olid huvitatud 61% vastanutest. Juhendaja teenus on teenus, kus kliendil on võimalik lisatasu eest endale saada juhendaja, kelle peamiseks ülesandeks on jagada kliendile oskusteavet. Mis muudab kliendi tööd lihtsamaks, efektiivsemaks. See tagab ka selle, et tehtud tööd oleks õigesti teostatud. Varuosade tellimine on teenus, kus kliendil on võimalik tellida läbi teenust osutava ettevõtte endale vajalikud varuosad. Läbiviidud turu-uuringu ja koostatud äriplaani analüüsi põhjal võib järeldada, et äriplaan on teostatav. Ettevõtte käivitamiseks on vajalik algkapital 19344,15€, millega on võimalik soetada iseteenindusliku autoremonditöökoja teenuse pakkumiseks vajalikud seadmed. Algkapitalile lisanduvad jooksvad kulud 15 062,77€. Ettevõtte tasuvusaeg kõige realistlikuma prognoosi järgi on 40 kuud. | et |
| dc.description.abstract | The aim of this thesis is "Self-Service Car Repair Shop and the Functioning of the Bases and Calculation". Its purpose was to study the self-service auto repair shop business model to carry out a survey of potential customers in the online environment, to find out how many people are interested in such a service, and on this basis to draw a business plan. Self-service auto repair shop is a company that provides service to car lovers and enthusiasts. Who has lack household equipment for maintenancing your car or repairing it. Self-service is the company's garage, where customer can book time, when costomer comes into shop the place of work where there are all the necessary tools for the job. To find out the interest of the service, the author carried out a customer survey in online environment. 352 persion replied to the survey. 93% of respondents were interested in Self-service auto repair. It also examined the work of the author, as a large number of people would be interested in additional services. From the survay realvies that 56% respondance were interested in totoring service. Other auxiliary services, like spare parts ordering service entity by 61% of respondents were interested. Tutoring service is a service where the customer can get a tutoring for yourself supervisor whose main task is to share the know-how to the client. What makes costumer work easier, more efficient, and also that the work would have been done correctly. Ordering spare parts is a service where the customer can order spare partys when booking time through a service provider organization itself with the necessary spare parts. Through a market survey and analysis of the business plan, it can be concluded that the business plan is feasible. The company's initial capital is required to start 19,344.15€, which is used to purchased equipment to provide self-service auto repair shop service. To the initial capital adds running cost about 15 062,77€ per month. The company estimates the payback of the most realistic is about 40 months. | en |
