dc.description.abstract | Lõputöö tulemusena selgitati välja missugused on olulisemad valikukriteeriumid personali valikul ja töökohale kandideerimisel. Lisaks hinnati seejuures, kui efektiivselt ja kuidas tuginevad ettevõtetes kasutatavad personali valiku protsessid olulisematele valikukriteeriume. Teema on aktuaalne eelkõige seetõttu, et majanduskasvu ning ühiskonna üldise arengu seisukohalt on olulise tähtsusega tööhõivemäär. Vastav tegur kujuneb ning on mõjutatud peamiselt sellest, kui suur osa ühiskonnast on leidnud endale sobiva väljundi tööturul, mis omakorda sõltub tööandjate seatud ootusest töötajatele ning ka vastupidi. | et |
dc.description.abstract | The theme of this thesis is to valuate Main selection criteria´s for applying and for recruiting employees. From economic and social development perspective it is extremely important to ensure high employment rate. To achieve this, it is important to understand employers and employees’ expectations regarding to the employment and recruitment. According to the latest statistic that was released for Estonian labor market it turned out that almost 33% of unemployed are highly educated. This kind of statistical value raises a question, that is it possible that this kind of trend may be due to the irrational expectations from both- employers and employees’ perspective. However, all these aspects have also an important and direct impact on the study programs pursued in higher education as well as on the choices and preferences of people in the labor market. According to the previous discussion points, author of this thesis set a purpose to find out the main selection criteria’s that are most important according to the employer’s opinion when recruiting employees for a job and also find out most important criteria’s from employers perspective when applying for a job. | et |
