AS Enefit Kaevandused Raudtee Kapitaalremondi Töökorraldus Projekt 2018

Käesolevas lõputöös käsitleti AS Enefit Kaevandused raudtee kapitaalremondi ehitustööde erinevaid protsesse. Eesmärgiks oli koostada erinevate tööde teostamise protsessi korraldamise projekt. Antud projekti valik oli aktuaalne, kuna selliseid töid tuleb tulevikus veelgi. Sellise projekti loomine on väga keeruline, kuid et sellist töökorraldus projekti koostada on vaja eelnevaid teadmisi ning kogemusi. Aja arvestamisel polnud antud töödel kindlat arvutus meetodit. Kõik aeg sai arvestatud võttes arvesse eelnevaid kogemusi antud valdkonnas. Projekti koostamine oli kõige raskem sellistes kohtades kus tellijal olid erinevad nõudmised näiteks killustiku äraveol. Sellise projekti koostamine annab alustala koostamisel edaspidiste projektide ning eelarvestamise kohta. Selline arvestamine ning töökorraldusprojekti koostamine aitab arendada silmaringi ning on põnev kogemus. Kuid eelkõige on sellise töökorraldusprojekti loomine tähtis arendamaks oma teadmisi töökorraldus projekti loomisel ning et saada aimu mida võib kaasa tuua Rail Baltika rajamine Eestisse. Ka millist tööd see toob kõikidele Eesti firmadele kes on seotud teede- ning raudteeehitusega. Iga sellise projekti koostamine aitab anda visiooni Rail Baltika tulekust Eestisse ning ka parendada kasutatavat tehnoloogilist protsessi raudtee ehituse valdkonnas.

The following thesis covers Construction Organization Project for the Overhaul of the AS Enefit Kaevandused 2018. The main idea was to make different type of work planning to every process. This project was very important, because this type of projects will be more in the future. Creating that type of project was very difficult and needed some of base knowledge about railway to do that type of projects. There was no specific formula calculating time process. Time for every work was taken by previous experience in this field. The difficult part of the project was where the contractor had different requirements for the transport for the crushed stones. The preparation of the given project will provide basis for making similar projects and budgets in the future. This kind of project will help develop better knowledge in railway building and it is a very good experience for companies. Creating this project is very important for developing your knowledge of the work organization projects, and to get a vision what Rail Baltika could bring to Estonia. And what kind of work it will bring to road building and railway building companies located in Estonia. Making this kind of project will help to give a vision of the Rail Baltika coming to Estonia, as well to improve our technological process used in the field of railway construction.
