Metsatee põhiprojekti koostamine

Lõputöö tulemusena koostati Kuurapalo tee ehitamise, Haavistu tee rekonstrueerimise ja Kuurametsa tee ehitamise ning rekonstrueerimise põhiprojekt, mis hõlmab mahasõite, tagasipööramise kohti, veeviimareid, truupe ning liiklusmärkide ja tähispostide paigaldust. Projekti tellijaks on Riigimetsa Majandamise Keskus. Projekti kogumaksumuse hinna kujunemisel võeti arvesse kogu projektiga seotud materjalide, ehitustoodete, ehitamistööde ja rekonstrueerimistööde maksumused. Ehitustööde maksumuste leidmisel on soovitatud toetuda kataloogi „Maaparandussüsteemide kalkulatiivsed ehitus- ja hoiukulud ning kalkulatiivsed ühikmaksumused meetmed 3.4 rakendamisel“ hindadele, kuid kuna juhend on koostatud 2005. aastal, siis antud juhendis olevad hinnad ei ole enam aktuaalsed ning projekti maksumuse arvutamisel lähtuti ehitajatelt saadud hinnapakkumistest. Projekti kogumaksumuseks kujunes koos käibemaksuga 356 716,08 eurot. Antud projektiga lahenesid Kuurametsa tee puudulikud nähtavused riigiteele väljasõidul, paranes ligipääsetavus metsakvartalitele ning läbi Kuurapalo tee projekteerimise lahendati Haavistu teele ligipääsetavuse probleem vältimaks eramaa läbimist.

The following thesis Principal Building Design Documentation of a Forest Road is based on the project for the construction of Kuurapalo Road, the reconstruction of Haavistu Road, and the construction and reconstruction of Kuurametsa Road. The project was prepared for the State Forest Management Centre. In addition to road axes, the project also involves the design of exits, turnaround points, drainage facilities, culverts, as well as road signs and marker posts. The aim of the thesis is to improve state forest management capability by ensuring accessibility to forest quarters, improving visibility at the intersections of the forest road with the state road, and improving the condition of the forest roads to be reconstructed. The thesis is divided into three major parts. The first part of the thesis is an explanatory memorandum to the project, which describes the existing situation, highlights the results of the basic research, describes the maintenance of the road, construction requirements, and the design solution. The second part consists of volume tables, where the costs of materials, construction products, construction work and reconstruction work related to the entire project were taken into account when determining the price of the total cost of the project. The third part – the graphic part of the thesis – contains drawings related to the project.
