Vana-Lepiku talu päikeseelektrijaama ja võrguliitumise projekt

Kinnistu omanik avaldas töö autorile soovi rajada Vana-Lepiku talu kinnistule päikesepark. Kuna hetkel on lisaks taluhoovile seal umbes 3,5 ha kasutamata põllumaad ning elektriline ühendus Elektrilevi võrguga on juba välja ehitatud, siis anti sisend uurida võimalusi rajada päikesepark ning ehitada välja elektrienergia võrku müümise võimekus. Eesmärgiks seati leida kõige kiiremini rahaliselt ära tasuv päikesepargi lahendus, võttes arvesse päikesepargi ja sobiliku võrguühenduse materjalide kulusid, eeldatavat tootlikkust ning elektrienergia müügihinda. Kinnistul paikneb ka suvila, kus aastaringselt sees ei elata. Seetõttu soovis kinnistu omanik, et soovitav lõpptulemus oleks ei oleks „off-grid“ suunitlusega. See tähendab, et põhiline eesmärk, mida potentsiaalne ehitatav päikesepark täitma hakkab, on toodetud elektrienergia võrku müümine, mitte kohapeal tarbimine. Käesoleva töö tulemus majanduslikult sobiva lahenduse väljaselgitamise korral on tööprojekt, millega saab kolmepoolse lepingu alusel ehitama hakata.

The goal was to find the fastest financially profitable solar park solution, taking into account the costs of materials for the solar park and a suitable grid connection, the expected productivity and the selling price of electricity. There is also a cottage on the property, which is not lived in all year round. Therefore, the owner of the property wanted the desired end result to be "off-grid" oriented. This means that the main purpose of the potential solar park to be built is to sell the produced electricity to the grid, not to consume it locally. The result of this work, if an economically suitable solution is identified, is a working project with which construction can be started on the basis of a tripartite agreement.
