| dc.description.abstract | Lõputöö eesmärk oli välja selgitada Ühendkuningriigi eestlaste valmisolek ja peamised takistused Eesti tööturule naasmisel, et leida võimalusi Eesti tööturu atraktiivsuse suurendamiseks Ühendkuningriigi eestlaste seas. Lõputöö koosneb kolmest peatükist, kus esimeses antakse ülevaade Eesti ja Ühendkuningriigi tööturu olukorrast. Teises peatükis esitatakse empiirilise uuringu metoodika ja kolmandas antakse ülevaade uuringu tulemustest ja analüüsist. Selgitamaks välja nii Eesti kui ka Ühendkuningriigi tööturu olukord, kasutati teoreetilises osas mõlema riigi seadusi ja seadusandlikke akte. Uuringu käigus küsitleti Ühendkuningriigis elavaid eestlasi ning uuringule vastas 110 inimest. | |
| dc.description.abstract | The aim of the thesis was to find out the preparedness and the main obstacles to re-entering to the Estonian labour market for those Estonians who are living in the United Kingdom, in order to increase the attractiveness of the Estonian labour market among those Estonians who are living in the United Kingdom. The thesis consists of three chapters, the first of which provides an overview of the labour market situation in Estonia and the United Kingdom. The second chapter presents the methodology of empirical research and the third provides an overview of the results and analysis of the study. In order to find out the situation of the labour market in both Estonia and the United Kingdom, the laws and legislative acts of both countries were used in the theoretical part. In the course of the survey, Estonians living in the United Kingdom were interviewed and 110 people responded to the survey. | |
