Taristu ehitamise töökorralduse projekt

Käesoleva lõputöö eesmärgiks oli koostada raudtee taristu mullatööde ehitamiseks töökorralduse projekt osaühing Rail Baltic Estonia riigihanke nr 273135 Rail Baltica Raplamaa põhitrassi raudteetaristu III etapi ehitustööd lõigul Hagudi-Alu hankedokumentatsiooni alusel, et tagada ehitustööde sujuv töödekorraldus. Lõputöös on kirjeldatud põhitrassi asukohta ning olemasolevat olukorda. Lisaks on ka koostatud loetelu erinevatest piirangutest ehitustööde teostamisel. Lõputöö annab ülevaate projektlahendusest, kalendergraafikust ning ressursside tabelist. Välja on toodud ka mehhanismide tootlikkused, ning lisadena on esitatud Alu-Mälivere põhitrassi asukoha ülevaade, alltöövõtu hinnapakkumised ning KMH-s käsitletavad mõjuvaldkonnad. Ajakulu arvestusel kasutatud mahud on võetud hankedokumentatsioonis olevast kululoendist ning kasutatud tööjõudlused põhinevad konkreetsete mehhanismide jõudlusel. Ressursside tabeli koostamisel on lähtutud vahetähtaegade kinnipidamisest, ning tööde loogilisest järjekorrast. Lõputöö on koostatud enne algavaid ehitustöid. Lõputöö valmimise ajaks teostatakse antud ehitusobjektil raadamist.

The aim of this Construction Management Project for an Infrastructure Construction was to prepare a construction management project for an infrastructure construction in the Hagudi-Alu section, in order to ensure the smooth organisation of work. The thesis describes the location of the main line and the existing situation. In addition, a list of the various constraints on the execution of the works has been drawn up. The thesis provides an overview of the project solution, the calendar schedule and the resource table. The productivity of the mechanisms is also presented, and the annexes include an overview of the location of the Alu-Mälivere plan, subcontracting quotations and the impact areas covered by the KMH. The volumes used in the calculation of the time costs are taken from the cost sheet in the contract documentation and the work performances used are based on the performance of the specific mechanisms. The resource table is based on the respect of intermediate deadlines and the logical sequence of works. The thesis has been prepared before the start of the works. By the time of completion of the thesis, the construction site will have been cleared.
