dc.description.abstract | Lõputöö raames teostati 1985 aasta BMW E30 peale mootori ja käigukasti vahetus, paigaldati uus pidurisüsteem, projekteeriti kere- ja sillatugevdused, tagasilla piki- ja külgkalde adapterid ja muudeti poldivalemit. Samuti likvideeriti puudused kere seisukorras ning paigaldati tiivalaiendid. Muudatused lahendati ja projekteeriti selliselt, et oleks kooskõlas määrus 42ga: mootorsõiduki ja selle haagise tehnonõuded ning nõuded varustusele. Töö käigus teostati mitmeid analüüse ja arvutusi. Kuna baassõiduki pidurivõimedi asemel kasutatakse pidurivõimendita peasilindreid, siis oli vajalik teha arvutusi, et leida, mis suuruses peasilindreid uues pidurisüsteemis kasutama peab. Arvutati ka baassõiduki ja paigaldatava pidurisüsteemi pidurikolvide pindala, pidurdusjõudu ja -momenti, ning võrreldi neid omavahel. Arvutuste põhjal selgus, et uue süsteemi pidurdus efektiivsus erines esimeste pidurite vahel minimaalselt, kuid tagumiste pidurite korral 12 kordselt. Töö käigus analüüsiti valminud mootori ja käigukasti kinnitusi. Analüüsis võeti arvesse valmistamise meetodit, kasutatud materjale ja nende omadusi ning detailidele rakenduvaid jõudusid. Kui käigukkasti kinnitus vastas tingimustele, siis mootori kinnituse puhul esines puudujääke. Analüüsist tuli välja, et sillaraami poolse kinnituse materjali paksusest jäi puudu ja oleks purunenud. Hetkeseisuga on müügis sillatugevdus komplektid, mida on müüdud 7 komplekti kolme kuu jooksul. Alates 8ndast komplektist on sillatugevduste projekteerimise ja valmistamise kulud kaetud ja algab kasumi teenimine. Sõidukile projekteeritud poldivalemi ja pidurisupporti muutmise jaoks mõeldud adapterid hetkel müügis pole, küll aga kolm inimest on soovi avaldanud. Sellest võib eeldada, et nõudlust antud toodete vastu on, kui on nõudlust on ka turgu. Auto ehitus on hetkel poolik, küll aga hetke seisuga on sõiduki modifitseerimiseks kokku kulunud 7328€. Antud hind koosneb auto ostuhinnast, sisse ostetud teenuste ning kulunud materjali hinnast. Tehtud töö ajakulu selle hinna sisse arvestatud pole. Ennem lõputöö lõppu ei suudetud auto täielikult valmis teha, sellest tingitult ei ole võimalik kooskõlastada projekteeritud lahendusi Transpordiametiga. dc.description.abstract | As part of the dissertation, the engine and gearbox were replaced on the 1985 BMW E30, a new braking system was installed, body and axle reinforcements were designed, longitudinal and lateral tilt adapters for the rear axle were designed, and the bolt formula was changed. Defects in the condition of the bodywork were also eliminated and widebody were installed. The changes were resolved and designed to comply with Regulation 42: Technical requirements and equipment requirements for motor vehicles and their trailers. In the course of the work, several analyzes and calculations were performed. As non-power-assisted master cylinders are used instead of the base vehicle's power brake. It was necessary to make calculations to find out the size of the master cylinders to be used in the new braking system. The area, braking force and torque of the brake pistons of the base vehicle and the braking system to be fitted were also calculated and compared. The calculations showed that the braking efficiency of the new system differed minimally between the front brakes, but 12 times for the rear brakes. During the work, the fastenings of the completed engine and gearbox were analyzed. The analysis took into account the method of manufacture, the materials used and their properties, and the forces applied to the parts. If the gearbox mount met the conditions, but there were deficiencies in the engine mount. The analysis showed that the thickness of the fastening material on the subframe side was too thin and would be broken. Currently, subframe reinforcement kits are for sale, where 7 sets sold in 3 months. From the 8th set onwards, the costs of designing and manufacturing subframe reinforcements are covered and profit-making begins. Adapters designed to change the bolt formula and brake caliper designed for the vehicle are not currently on sale, but three people have expressed a wish. It can be assumed that there is a demand for these products, when there is demand there is also a market. The construction of the car is currently incomplete, but at the moment a total of € 7,328 has been spent on modifying the vehicle. This price consists of the purchase price of the car, the price of purchased services and cost of the material. The time cost of the work done is not included in this price. Before the end of the dissertation, the car could not be completed, due to which it is not possible to coordinate the designed solutions with the Transpordiamet. When the vehicle is completed, the changes 37 are presented to the Transpordiamet and the changes are accepted, the whole process can be considered successful. | et |
